Description of Work: We had A&S put up a cedar picket fence around our backyard with 2 gates. They did an amazing job and highly recommend them to anyone who want quality service.

Description of Work: They replaced my fence and had to move one side of the post as well. They were very professional, did a terrific job (the fence was level on all sides), nothing had to be re-worked or corrected. They were reliable and I did recommend them to our neighbors who, did end up using them as well. All in all, excellent service and excellent experience!

Description of Work: Ended up using someone else, but the consultation was very professional and timely. He even suggested a way for us to save money that we didn't think of.

Description of Work: I had 148 feet of wood fencing installed on November 16, 2012. On May 1, 2013 I noticed that several of the fencing posts had warped which pulled the fencing significantly out of alignment. The fence line was no longer straight. This same date I call A&S Fencing and no one answered so I left a voice message. After receiving no return call I once again called on Saturday, May 4th. I advised a member of their staff of my complaint and also mentioned that the gate was no longer aligned correctly. (Adam had told me this could happen at the time of installation after the ground settled in a few months. He had assured me that this was normal and A&S would realign as needed.) I was told that my complaint would be given to Adam and I would receive a call back shortly. As of Tuesday, May 7th I have still received no response from A&S. Their customer service is certainly not what they promised when the job was sold to me.

Description of Work: I scheduled two appointments to get an estimate on replacing a fence. Both times, no one came, or even called to cancel. In both instances, I called the company to see what happened. The first time they apologized and rescheduled the appointment for the following week. The second time the woman who answered took my information, said she'd figure out what happened, and never called me back. Is this how they run the business? It was an aggravating experience. I rearranged my schedule to meet them for these appointments. It was a big waste of time.
