They charged me about $1800. They were outstanding and a pleasure to work with. They were very honest. They did excellent work. They did an amazing job with cleaning up after they were through. I just appreciated their honesty and their thoroughness. They were a great company to work with. I would recommend them very highly. They were much more reasonable than some other people I had received estimates from.

Representative was on time and very helpful. He checked my garage door for extraneous noises and greased it. He helped me to program my external garage door opener

Kevin, the owner showed up on time to give me a quote. He was very professional and after listening to what I wanted, measured everything, then sat down with me and showed me and explained my options. Unlike other contractors that came out and left without giving me prices and showing me anything, not to mention the ones who never even showed up! I knew before Kevin left, how long it would be to have work started and completely, the prices on each item and what brand, color, etc. There was no pressure to make a decision immediately, and when I called to give them the go ahead they started and finished as promised.

Again I was pleased tohave someone dependable to return my call to have serve done on my garage door opener that would not close due to the electric eye being nonfuctioning. The servce teck was very courtious and knowledgeable in the work that was preformed. I guess all told it was about a hour that he preformed his duties and I was satisfied to the work being done to my satisfaction.

We had gone to the showrooms of 4 different door companies to look at doors. We wanted something to really compliment the front of our home and make it different from every other home on the street. We were willing to take our time and make a good decision. From the moment we walked in to Lancaster Door Service it was a different atmosphere than any other place we had shopped. The office girl "Carol", was such a positive and upbeat person. She really took the time to walk us through and show us all of the possibilities. I never knew there were that many styles and colors. The doors at this store really work, so cool. I think 7 full size doors are showing there! Carol scheduled to have someone out to our house to accurately measure. This is when we met Kevin. Kevin arrived to measure, and help us narrow down our decision. Once again we were wowed by the attitude and the attention to detail we were receiving. Kevin, as it turns out is the owner!!! No, not dressed in a suit, not even slacks and nice shirt. He wears the same clothing as a service man does. It obvious he is not in the office much, he's still a hands on guy!! It's been a long time since we have seen customer service at this level. They are doing something there that other business owners and managers could learn from. Even the 2 technicians who came to install the door were so nice and accomodating. Honestly, the garage was cleaner when they left, then when they arrived.

I was calling around for prices on getting a new door & opener, when I called Lancaster Door Service the representative that answered the phone was very informative and helpful. I scheduled the sales person to come out 2 days later, he arrived on time (made me very happy), they are not pushy at all, I signed on that day and had a new door and opener in 3 weeks. I love both the door & the opener. I had a very old opener that was very loud, now I have one that is very quite. The door I got made my house look even better than before, since when you look at my house all you see is the garage. Kevin (sales rep) suggested I go with a Carriage style door. He was so right. I was very impressed with their service. Not only did they do quality work (and clean up) but they also followed up a month after the project to be sure we were fully satisfied.
