He is not finished with the job yet but his equipment is still here, so I am not sure how to rate him totally. That is why I only gave him a 3. according to building code it requires a railing on the steps that are not there yet, and a lot of the joint fits are sloppy. I called to talk to him about it and he has not responded as of yet, so I don't know.
