It was a pretty straightforward job, but we liked his expertise, attention to detail and customer friendliness. He was clearly very knowledgeable about what was required to perform the job. We may have another paint job coming up soon and plan to recontact him because the first experience was so positive.

Fabulous contractor. Reasonable prices, great detailed work. Repainted all crown when new paint was needed because old was too broken down to use. Very reasonable additional price including paint to complete the extra work. We've invited him back when his schedule permits to address crown molding in other areas.

The work was fantastic. My walls were a mess. He corrected all the imperfections and they look better than ever. He was very easy to work with as a contractor. Although we did not change colors, we did change how the rooms were to be painted and which walls were to be accent walls. Jay just went with the flow. The whole process was so smooth and painless. I would use him again in an instant.

Jay returned our call and came out for an estimate right away. We received the estimate for the work within a day and scheduled the time to complete the work. He arrived promptly and worked efficiently and cleanly. He kept us apprised of the job as he progressed. Jay went above and beyond; we pre-purchased the new porch door but the size was not correct. He took the door back to the store and exchanged it for the appropriate size! The worked completed was excellent - beautiful job! We will definitely be using his services again in the future.

Jay was a pleasure to work with. I booked him for one day of work. I wouldn't the job to get done in a very short window of time. He was able to move his schedule around to fit me in. He was prompt and did a great job. It turned out the job could not be done in one day, so he moved his schedule around again to stay the extra day to make sure the job was complete. first Jay is a very nice friendly guy that we got along with very well. the price was right in our price range and the allotted time to do the job was about what we expected. Jay did what he promised he was going to do when he said he would as you would expect with a Marine veteran, The actual work performed greatly exceeded our expectations from the ceilings to the baseboards our walls have never looked better. He even fixed two very large cracks in our walls from the earthquake so well that we can't even tell they were there so we're confident that no one else will ever know they were there. If you are looking for a very professional outstanding painter that you will not have any qualms about hiring Jay is the go to guy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jay or hiring him again. Jay was great. He responded with a bid the same day he showed up for an estimate. He came quickly to do the job and was in and out in two days. He repaired our worn walls and painted with great care. He was neat and very easy to deal with. The price was the best we found after several bids. I would definitely use Jay again for more painting.

I had to reschedule once and he was so accommodating. Then he had to re-schedule due to the weather. I had him come out to do the service when I was not home and I felt comfortable with having him in my home. He also came out to our home with paint samples, helped us choose the colors and even went out to get the paint for us. He was able to do the painting in the time allotted. It took him 2 days and had to bring a helper to make sure that he was true to his 2 day word. He did a magnificent job. He has inspired me to get other rooms painted by him in the future.

Everything went well; he arrived on time with everything that was needed. We pretty much just showed him what we needed done then we got out of his way. We bought the painter for a day deal and was concerned that he wouldn?t get done the list of things but it was not a problem. He finished all the items on our list just in time.

Great service. Very nice guy, this is the second time we have used him for painting in our home. Cabinets looks great and he was very helpful with our decision about the type and color of paint to use on cabinets.

The company was responsive but was busy and couldn't fit me into the schedule.

Painting scheduling was a bit of a bear. There were times that were scheduled that required last minute changes. There was a lot of work to do in an old house with significant prep work required for ceilings, windows, etc. With that being said, the quality of the work was only fair with some glaring issues such as paint streaks, bubbles, paint runs, etc. It was a tough job and he provided a good price for the work but attention to detail in some areas is lacking.

Jay was very professional and did wonderful work. I would definately hire him again.

Painting was done with roller and brush using a unique water based opaque stain. Painting was done by Jay and an associate. Certain areas (south) required two coats. A difficult to reach area required a creative perch on the roof above a skylight. Very professional and hard working. Total job took almost two weeks.
