Price & service was excellent. As a new customer, I called the Co. because I wanted to know more specifics regarding their business and service details. All my questions were met with a professional and friendly attitude. I was going to schedule an appt. a few wks. from now, but Mike said a service man was already in my surrounding area, so they could accommodate today if I preferred. I did, and Al was at my door within a few hours. He was very professional, informative & detailed in his service. He could not have been nicer & obviously very experienced in his craft. I couldn't be more pleased & intend to see Al next Fall, (if not sooner). Qualitech = a 5 star rating.

They came the same day I called, fitting us in on their schedule. The motor needed replacement and they had it the next day and installed it the same day. They waived the service call charge. I'd give them an A+ if that were listed!

They were professional and explained everything. The coolant level and pressure were low in our central AC unit. They added the coolant. It was expensive since we have an older unit. This did help the performance.

They were on time. They wore shoe coverings and they were most polite. Beside all this they did what they were supposed to do and they did it well. I certainly will use these people again.

Well enough. The coolant had again leaked and had to be replace.

When I called to see if they could come out the same day they fit us into their schedule which happened to be fairly late for them. When they came out they were courteous, helpful and solved our problem easily and at a more than fair price. We will be sure to call them again and recommend them to others.

I found communications a bit frustrating when trying to nail down an exact price quote, but that's the end of any complaints I had. Once the technician showed up he was prompt, polite and professional, and I was very happy with the price after the work was done.

It went fine and the humidifier works well. There were no problems with them or their service.

Workmen were on time, practiced excellent communication before & during the job, letting me know their ETA. Answered my many questions with courtesy and humour. Highly recommend!!

The servicer was al. He was very thorough with the equipment and did what's needed perfectly. Answered every question patiently.

The whole process was fantastic. The tech came and gave a thorough examination of the system, ducts and overall house size. Provided an excellent quote for top notch equipment that actually fit my home size. The work was completed three days later. The work was fantastic, and the team was meticulous in making sure everything was perfect. They took extra steps at no extra cost to make sure the job was complete and perfect all around. I can't say enough good things about this company.

It went very well, the technician was very professional. He even wore disposable shoe guards. he explained initial setup and how to program the unit. I will use them again and will also recommend them to other homeowners.

With some confusion about the details of the heater, minor in nature, I was very satisfied with the project.

Very professional and took time to go over the system

Taking advantage of one the Angie's List deals, I had QualiTech come out and check my AC system. Their technician arrived as scheduled and did a quick but careful check of my system. He identified one issue and quoted a repair cost, which I declined because it was not urgent. He also pointed out that my filter was dirty and should be replaced without trying to sell me an expensive filter and labor to install it, something I can do myself. I appreciated that. I would consider them for problems and also when I replace my current system.

everything went well - with the age of our unit he explained what to expect over the next few years and gave us suggested to prepare.

Arsen from Qualitech was extremely professional. He actually came on a holiday to check out where I needed the system. I received a phone call the next day and the new system was installed the next day. They called prior to their arrival, laid drop clothes, explained their work, showed me their work and they worked diligently. He gave me all the codes for registering for the warranty. I am now sitting in nice air conditioning with a new system. I also have a new quality heating and cooling contact!

Al and his team were terrific--very responsive, clean, checked with me before every major question, walked me through what they were doing.

They were prompt, professional and did a great job! I would hire again!
