Qualitech Heating and Cooling

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Qualitech and the tech they sent out, Alex! He was very knowledgeable and gave me great times on how to cool my upstairs. I live in a 1940s row home and the upstairs is a lot hotter than downstairs but he gave me some tricks to help keep it cool.

I called 3 different places and believe me this company provide the cheapest price. I was unsure until I read reviews and noticed people said good stuff about the company too. the only problem was the contractor show up late but he was able to get the job done. Should definitely give them a call if you are looking to have your AC/heater fix .. They probably will provide a better deal than other places

Al was very professional, he did arrive on time and did a thorough check to my AC system. I did explain to AL about the issues the leak I'm experiencing. Al did explain to me what causes the problem and gave several option to fix it with pushing to sell me the product. I realized that Al does have a lot of experience and knowledge about his profession.

I had Qualitech come out at the beginning of the Season for an Angie's list special. They sent Al who quickly identified a problem as a faulty pilot. He replaced it and the cost was (I believe) $169. He did the work well and quickly. I may not have completed my review at that time, but his work was first rate. This morning the furnace did not turn on. I called Qualitech again. Again Al came out in very good time. He saw that the ignition was not able to continue to keep the furnace running and found an element in the pilot assembly was not working properly. Because it was part of the replacement work from last fall, he told me there is no charge. I am entirely pleased with this service. Al is a very able technician, and he clearly has integrity. I will be using Qualitech in the future, if I need furnace work. I highly recommend Qualitech and especially Al. This is the person you always hope will show up when you need help.

Service was quick and painless! And they came out during Eagles mania.

We worked with Al from Qualitech and could not be more pleased. He talked us through every step of the process and really took the time to explain why his team would do the work a certain way. After the new system was installed, he spent an hour with us walking through each room of the house to ensure we were pleased with the air pressure in each room. He was professional the entire time and very responsive to all of our questions. Would highly recommend working with Qualitech.

After a poor experience with my Home warranty company, Qualitech came up on Angie’s List and I am SO happy to have found them. I️ called at 12pm on a Friday after waking up with no heat! They made me an appointment for that same afternoon and my tech called to let me know when he was on the way. Ausen not only resolved my issue quickly, but he did not try and give me the run around and trick me into paying for repairs I️ didn’t need. He also walked me through my heating system as a new homeowner, giving me advice and tips to better understand how things work. For half the cost of what my HW would have charged me just in fees, I️ will absolutely recommend and use Qualitech for all our HVAC needs going forward!

It was easy to schedule an appointment. The tech, Al, was punctual and professional. He explained what he was doing as he performed the inspection and warned me of things to look out for.

Couldn't be more pleased with the work done by Qualitech heating and ac. I have had several companies(a clueless PGW tech being one) over the course of 20yrs attempt to fix the problem of lazy vents/cold rooms in my home(single in ne phila). Wish i would have called Qualitech first. I finally feel that the problem has been fixed. Cant say enough about how pleased i was with this company and their great tech Al. Not only was the price less then i expected, but he took the time to explain in depth what he was doing and why i was having continual heating problems. Do yourself (and your wallet) a favor and believe the positive reviews about these guys!

It was difficult to schedule an appointment, but once I did they called to let me know they were on their way and arrived on time. The tech took the time to explain to me the problems associated with my 30-year old furnace. He cleaned and serviced my furnace in a professional manner and wore booties to keep the house clean.

Al (the tech) is knowledgeable and does quality work. Second time using Qualitech and still pleased with their service. Automatic whole house humidifier hooked up near our gas furnace should provide a much more comfortable winter for us and our children.
