The project went very well. The old heater was removed and the new one installed the same day so the lack of heat in January was not an issue. The whole job was completed within the two days scheduled. The new system is working very well.

the techs that came out for the service call were very professional and completed the job promptly. I would highly recommend them for similar type jobs. FYI, additional work was performed that was beyond the Angie's List deal.

It went well. Mike scheduled me for a next day appointment. Alket showed up to do the job. He checked each radiators and thermostat after adding water to the furnace. The apartment got warm within a few minutes. I’ve had him fix the furnace last year. He is knowledgeable and professional at what he does. He does a better job.

Al was very prompt and very professional, explained to me why I might want to replace the heater (40 years old) and spent a lot of time answering my questions. Price was more than fair. I will use them again.

Everything went very well. Al came out on time and, as always, did his job meticulously. He checked the system out, cleaned the filters and made sure that the thermostat was working properly. I will certainly be calling Al again in the spring when I need my air conditioning system tuned up.

Sam contacted me the next morning after I claimed the deal on Angie's List. Sam was able to stop by later that day at a time that was convenient for us to take a look at my unit and diagnose the issue. Sam explained the issue (bad flame sensor), fixed the problem and performed some additional maintenance tasks. The heater is working properly now as we move into late Fall in the NE. Thanks Sam!

work was done quickly and promptly for by far the best quoted price I could find. there was a minor issue with miswiring of the thermostat, which tripped a fuse when I turned on the furnace. A tech came within an hour of calling (three months after AC install once winter hit) and fixed the problem immediately. Very polite and reminded me I needed to change my filter which I had been neglecting.

Al was great. He took the to explain everything he was reviewing. Al also answered my many questions. I tend to get nervous and feel like they’re going to say things are wrong or need to be replaced for no reason. Like I would be taking advantage of. That did not happen.

Excellent. I started using Qualitech last yr. for my Fall furnace check-up. I spoke with the owner on the phone first (had a lot of questions). Mike couldn't have been more helpful - answered everything fully - and I felt very comfortable with at least trying his service. The technician (Al) was on time, had an excellent appearance, polite, and very informative during our conversation. His work was thorough and 1st-class professional. No hidden charges, no sales pressure, etc.. just an excellent job with no time wasted and I was thrilled with this company's general attitude of customer service. Al was back yesterday for this yr.'s check-up (I had requested him), and again --- 100% satisfied. I strongly suggest this company.

Called Mike at Qualitech who was extremely patient and helpful. He sent Al over to review the situation. After spending an hour checking out the heat pumps and air handlers on both floors, he made his recommendations. I received an estimate 2 days later, approved it, the part was ordered. Al came and installed it. The system now works perfectly. He was kind enough to also talk us through how our heat pump system should be best used. It was a relief to get done and the experience was great.

Awesome service! Professional, punctual, kind and honest. I just bought a new home and the previous owner did not do well with upkeep...I’m finding this out after I’m already in the house of course. Qualitech came to my home and gave me options on next steps and what would be my best overall options. It’s nice to be met with good and honest people who are very knowledgeable and will get the job done in the most cost efficient and long-term efficient manner!

The water was from condensate from the cooling system. Did a total replacement as the entire system which was quite old. I had used the company before and the response was quick. Really knew what they were ****. Very friendly and professional. Plus the job was reasonably priced.

I found Qualitech on Angie's List and they came out 5/23/17 to check my AC system since it was blowing out hot air and not cold. The tech that came out was professional so this review is about the manager Mike and the company, not the tech. Tech checked my system and determined I had a small leak but needed to add dye to determine exactly where the leak was. He added a little dye and 2 pounds of Freon. The tech said the total job to come back out and have someone find the leak and repair it was $1100 and asked me to put a deposit down of $600, which I did contrary to what I would've done if I wasn't desperate for my a/c to be repaired due to the hot weather. NO one ever came back out. I reached out to the company a few times and was told if the system was still cold that there was no need for anyone to come out. So I asked for a refund and never got it. I tried to reach out again and the manager Mike became very unprofessional and said I wasn't getting a refund?? I asked why if they didn't perform the full job and the deposit was for a full job, not just to add 2lbs of Freon and a little dye (not $600 worth of work per other HVAC professionals I spoke to). I then received an email from them over a month ago stating they would refund me $300 and I never received it. So I followed up again and now they won't return my calls or e-mails. Very dishonest business practices. I will now pursue legal action.

Adem had been here before and continues to do fine work. He is friendly, punctual, and honest, and takes care to prevent dirtying your house as well as cleaning up after himself. We have an older system and was very helpful in explaining the benefits and costs of getting the system replaced.

I had used Qualitech Mike for my 30 years old Heat pump replacement. They are very prompt, friendly and through. They are very professional and great installation. I am Completly satisfied Qualitech work.

The technician AL came out to my home today, and he was excellent! He was very knowledgeable, patient and took the time to carefully explain everything to me. I am beyond pleased with this company, and I definitely recommend them.

It went flawless!!! The Tech's were on time and very professional, friendly, courteous and did not leave one spec of mess when they were finished and my heater is in a very tight spot which makes it harder than it should to work on it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Mike was extremely responsive and professional throughout the entire process. He was patient in answering all of my questions about equipment options, differences between manufacturers, as well as the pros and cons of replacing just the AC vs the AC and Furnace. Of course, I did my own research and everything he had shared was substantiated. His pricing was more than fair - far below market value as compared to the other companies in the area. When I asked him how that could be, he explained that he has a a smaller business and lower overhead expenses so doesn’t need to charge as much to make a decent profit. I appreciated the transparency in his answer. Also, it’s important to know that they only install Carrier equipment for which in addition to the standard manufacturer warranty, he also offers a warranty on the labor.

It went exceedingly well. I had bought one of the deals offered by Angie's List for a diagnostic tune up of my air conditioning system. Al, who was the technician who came out, was on time and extremely knowledgeable and professional. He checked the system out meticulously. He was able to assure me that the pressure in the system was as it should be. All in all, I will definitely be calling on Qualitech Heating and Cooling if anything was to go wrong with either the air conditioning or heating systems in my home.

A great experience from a professional team! I reached out to Qualitech in response to the reviews that I read on Angie's List. I worked with Mike over the phone to get an approximate idea of cost which I appreciated so that I would not have to waste time to have an estimator come out. I had several companies come out and each required me to take time off work. Mike's proposal was the best and offered better equipment, Carrier, instead of Comfort Maker or Coleman as other low bidders provided. Before the install, the installer came out to check everything to make sure everything was sized properly. Mike was able to get me a quick install date which I appreciated. The installation team were excellent. My neighbors (I live in a town home) commented how clean, quiet and courtesy the installers were during the install. I didn't even notice them there which is compliment. They truly respected my property and surroundings. They worked efficiently and were done in just a couple hours. At the conclusion of the work Arjey, the project manager, went over all the work performed. He explained how they were going to run several pressure tests on the system before initialization and the walked me through my documentation and warranty information. Later that evening Mike followed up to make sure everything was running properly and to make sure that I was happy with the team and the services performed. I certainly was! No one likes when they have to replace an air conditioning system but these guys made the experience a good one and I plan to use them for all my HVAC needs in the future.
