Description of Work: I noticed when I got home late Christmas Eve my heater stopped working. I called Mike at Qualitech at 11:30 at night. He picked up the phone and I had a service call set up for the next day. I never thought I'd get anyone to come out on a service call on Christmas day. Al showed up and fixed my heater. He was very punctual, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future. Thank you again!
