He was able to answer all my questions and provide rough estimate if we eventually want to upgrade. Overall this was a great experience.

Mike, the chief executive, was very responsive to an air conditioning crisis in my rented house. The tenant told me, at 10 PM, that there was a terrible leak in the ceiling of the second floor of our house. I realized it must be due to condensation from the central air conditioning unit which was installed in the attic. Mike not only answered the phone at 10 PM, but due to the last minute request, realized his tech staff was completely booked, so had to handle this problem personally. He arrived at the house at 10 AM the next morning and spent three hours fixing the problem. The tenant was totally satisfied. And Mike made sure that the long-term outlook for the A/C unit was greatly improved. I highly recommend Qualitech Heating and Cooling.

A few months ago, we had a whole house humidifier installed in our primary residence by Qualitech Heating and Cooling. Last week, it showed an alarm requiring maintenance. I place a call to Qualitech and they came right out and diagnosed the issue. We required new filters in the humidifier due to our hard water. The company provided me with several filters and showed me to replace them myself and reset the alarm. This instruction was important, as we wont need to call them for this type of maintenance in the future. I highly recommend Qualitech Heating and Cooling as they are quick, courteous, and very professional.

It went fine. It took only a couple of hours, they were really professional and they were able to accommodate kind of a challenge and that way it didn't cost us anymore which was nice and everything is working great. What stood out about my experience was just how efficient and quick they were and then taking time to sell me exactly what his humidifier did.

Qualitech Heating and Cooling is a very friendly and capable group of professionals. We had them come over and talk to us about our options for a whole house humidifier. The owner visited us and explained the different types of units, which would work best in our home, and the cost and feature differences among the three choices. We settled on the middle-tiered unit, mostly due to his recommendation, and I appreciate the honesty of not needing the highest cost option. The installation and scheduling went very well and the work was performed in an hour. They walked both me and my wife through all the work they performed in our basement as well as giving us an instructional tour of the new humidifier, what to expect, to how adjust it, etc. I was very pleased that he would take the time to do this. The cost was exactly as they had quoted. They treated our house like it was their own - booties over their shoes, etc. I would not hesitate to call Qualitech Heating and Cooling for any of my HVAC needs in the future!

The 2 gentleman who did the work were very helpful and showed me, a 50+ woman, how to change the furnace filter myself. They also showed the signs of wear on the ignitor, and explained things well. They were courteous and professional.

Very punctual, installed the humidifier in less than hour. They are really experienced and know what they do.

Provider had to call to reschedule original appointment, but other than that, there were no problems. The technicians arrived on time, were very willing to explain what they were doing, and let me put the new filter in with their guidance. They also took the time to reprogram my thermostat so that daytime/nighttime temperatures were appropriate for the season.

After a headache trying to find someone to come and replace it as soon as possible, the guys at Qualitech Heating & Cooling were the first to offer me assurance and were there first thing in the morning. They handled everything from start to finish and I did not hear them make any noise or get in my way. Cost wise I couldn't have been happier. The new system is efficient and so far it seems to have saved me a few dollars. I also got an estimate to replace the heating and air condition since my air conditioning went bad in the middle of fall but since it got really cold and the heating is sufficient for now I thought I'd wait but I will be using these guys again to finish the job.

Found a coupon on Angieslist for a heater tune-up and call right away. Technicians came out the same day,which was amazing,since I rarely have time. Guys did a great job! Very professional and thorough. Will definitely be my number one priority for HVAC needs.

they replaced my 20+ years old system. found them online and decided to give them a call.the response was quick , installation took 2 full days and they seemed not to rush it which is important to me. the new system has been working fine since install ( 2 weeks now) and I love the fact that is much quieter then the old one, just hope this last as long as the old one which I highly doubt.

it went great ! From start to the end, found them on Angie's List and called scheduled an appointment for the check up, after they showed up recomended to have it replced, we got few more estimates and decided to go with this company,they were more friendly. showed up in the morning and done in the afternoon ! Job well done !
