Our repairman came out within 45 minutes of being called on a Friday night, diagnosed and repaired our problem and gave recommendations on helping air flow. He was great in knowledge and friendliness. Reasonable and fair in price. I would definitely hire again and highly recommend.

Soooo my heater was over 30 years old and very inefficient. Decided to replace with new unit and convert to Central Air. Service was affordable compared to the Blue and Orange guys and basically same estimate for darn near half the price. Service man was very knowledgeable and went step by step through the process. Very spot on with information as we already knew what was needed as my father is a plumber who specializes in heating and HVAC but is retired and not able to take on the job alone. Service guys came and finished the job with a complete walk through within 8 hours. Very good,clean and efficient. Would definitely recommend!

The service went well. The technician showed up on time, which is always appreciated. He actually beat me there as I was coming from work. Thankfully , he was patient and waited for me. Once inside he examined the unit. I already knew about the motor, but he also alerted me to possible CO issues stemming from the duct work and fixed that as well. With those sort of things its better to be safe than sorry. He explained everything to me and completed the work in a timely manner. All in all, I would use this company again.

Called at 8:30am, repaired by 1:20pm. Tech was great; diagnosis spot on, explanation thorough and he was a nice guy. Price was almost half of the quote by the orange and blue guys...

After promising several times to" call back" to set an appointment: They never did. About ten days after I requested and recieved a refund from Angie's list they called to make an appointment. They said I spoke to the "other guy" and he did'nt forward message.

Contacted them thru Angie's List online the previous night. Called them the next day to follow up on scheduling service. They asked if I would want to do the service that day. I said of course. They said that they would contact me in 30 mins. to see if they had a technician on call. Sure enough they did and in an hour the technician came out made the installation in an half hours time. Excellent customer service from the person receiving my call to the technician that came out to do the service. Top notch.

It went well. He replaced the air filter, vacuumed the heater, checked to make sure the various wires were active, checked the safety switch and used a gadget to check our thermostat's accuracy. Everything was operating functionally.

They had another job before mine that ran significantly overtime, however, they called to let me know that they were running late, again to let me know that they were finishing up, and a third time to let me know that they were about 10mins away. This, for me, made up for them being late. I was unable to be there for the appointment, and my mother was my stand in. She said they were very efficient, and very nice. They cleaned out my furnace, which they said had likely never been cleaned in all of its 35 years, and they told me that my hot water heater might also be in trouble for breaking down. They bled the radiators and were done in about 40 mins. They left stickers on the furnace and hot water heaters so that I could call them should either breakdown. I managed to get a home warranty from the seller, but if either machine were to go after the warranty time period ends, then I would call Qualitech to do the work.

Arsen was punctual and performed his work professionally with explanations. Gas heater was cleaner and adjusted to optimum performance. Made some recommendations regarding maintenance. Recommended, great service!
