Description of Work: Need chain replaced on the garage door so I called and scheduled a tune up. At that time they explained to me that they may not be able to repair the chain and I might have to replace. I did have to replace the opener. The replacement opener is very nice. The man who installed was quick, efficient and he spent time explaining to me how everything works.

Description of Work: I have put a deposit on a new garage door. I cannot comment on the work or quality yet as it hasn't been installed. But salesman was very professional and able to answer all my questions. I believe the price is fair due to fact that my garage is not a common size so it is basically a custom door.

Description of Work: My garage door opener was out of adjustment and did not open or close properly. I disconnected the opener and was operating the door manually. The technician called the day before to set up an appointment - which he kept. The technician opened the control unit and reset the up/down adjustments - not an easy task. To further fine tune the up and down travel of the door, he disconnected the belt from the attachments and reset everything. It was obvious that he knew what he was doing since all adjustments were made from experience. He was proficient, professional and friendly. His bill was for $95. I gave him a coupon that I got from Angie's List for $25 which reduced my cost to $70. The repairs were made 2 months ago and the garage door is working just fine.
