Setting up the appointment was very quick and easy. I left a message early in the day and Eric, responded quickly. Getting back to me within an hour of my call. Eric answered all my questions and was able to give me advice on the size of crew I needed. He DID NOT try to push a larger crew or truck onto me. After hearing the size of the house my parents had, and where they were moving he suggested I go with a smaller crew and truck. On the day of the move the crew was late, only becasue they got slightly lost. However, I don't fault them on this as my parents home is very difficult to fine. They live on a back road out in the country. Once they arrived they immediately asked to be showed around the house and what they would be asked to move. Once directed where to start they got to work! And do I mean work!!! My parents moved from a two story home to another two story home. The first home was built in the 1800's and has very awkward stairs. But these young men navigated them and brought down the washer and dryer and larger furniture from up there as if the bend in the stairs wasn't there. They loaded the truck and took care to strap in the items that could possibly shift, used blankets to protect wood items, and took extra care with fragile items. Upon unloading the truck at the newer home, they took extra care not to track mud/dirt onto the clean carpeting and to make sure not to scratch the hardwood floors. They put each item into the designaged room so my parents wouldn't have to find the item hidden in a room later. They reassembled the furniture they had to take apart, and asked my mother where she wanted each piece placed so that she and my father would not have arrange them later. I will admit that some of the furniture hit the walls as they moved them up or down the stairs. However, we can over look this as it did not damage the items and did I mention they did this in 90 degree heat. My parents picked the hottest day to move that week. The guys were drenched by the end of the day! So a few bumps along the way is to be expected. All in all the move took about 7 hours. Longer then expected only because my parents were not completely packed and had they to work around that. Also they were very friendly to our good friends little girl (age 3) who was also at the move. She was very currious what they were doing and followed them arround asking questions. They smiled and lagued and talked to her as though she were their own niece! it was very cute to see! So, to make this long story short....YES, we will be recommending them to all our friends, and family. My husband and I will be moving in a month or two once our home closes, and will be definitely using this company to move us into our new home!!!

They even helped me arrange the furniture and gave me ideas about moving the stuff around. This company squeezed me into an appointment during a jam. They were great and took good care of me. I would highly, highly recommend this company. Eric, the owner, was very great and had a good crew.
