Long story short, we were in contact with another company for 7 months, under contract for 2 months before we were tired of being delayed with no definite install date. Happened to find these guys on this site, called them and told them what we were quoted for our long steep driveway. They were out at our place within 24 hours, gave us the same price and it was installed by the next day. Richard kept in constant contact with me to let me know what they were doing and where they were time wise. Not only that, but he told me what to expect with the new driveway and how to care for it. We had an existing driveway that needed repair and also were extending drive way. They provided a very good estimate and followed up with us. We were in the process of building a wall and we're not quite ready to proceed. Once we contacted them they were here within two days and completed the project in one day. Some of the other companies did not even return our phone calls for estimates. Richard was very personable and friendly as were his workers.
