Description of Work: Replaced under the sink tail piece, & the drain pipe for the kitchen sink with a plastic one. Way too much money for a plastic pipe. He did not replace the conecting pipe which is as old as the other pipe. He gave me an excuse, but I checked w/my neighbor & he said no way. There's still gurgling when I run water in the sink. He tried to tell me that the storm drain was the sewage drain.
