Glenside Auto Spa

We were in the market for a remote start for my daughter's 2009 Nissan Murano.
Glenside Auto Spa was highly recommended on Angie's List, so we thought we'd check them out and get a quote.
Called the office and spoke to Mark, who was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Happy to also report that their price for the unit and installation was the lowest...by far!
We pre-purchased the remote starter on 11/22, as we were going to give it as a Christmas gift, but Brian at the front desk (who was also very professional) suggested that we get the install done sooner, if possible, to avoid the after-Christmas rush.
Based upon Brian's his suggestion, we scheduled the install for 9:00AM on Saturday morning 11/29. We arrived on-time and were told that it would be between 2 hours and 2.5 hours to complete the install. We dropped off the car and went shopping. Approximately 90 minutes later we received the call letting us know that the install was already completed!
We went to pick up the car - and a tech walked my daughter to her car and gave her a quick demo of how to operate the remote start - worked perfectly. All good.
Unfortunately - a few days later, my daughter went to get gas and discovered that the door release for the gas tank wasn't functioning and she could not get the door open and she was running on fumes. Someone suggested that the issue may have come about during the install. She luckily made it to her office and then called Glenside Auto Spa to report the issue.
This is where these guys really impressed me. They took full responsibility for the issue - apologized for the mistake - and then sent a tech to her office in Newtown, PA to fix the issue! None of the usual "bring it back to us and we'll fix it" stuff that you would expect. According to my daughter, it took less than 5 minutes to hook the wire back up and the gas tank door operated without issue after that. She said they could have probably instructed her over the phone how to reconnect the wire - but they sent the tech out anyway. Great Customer Service and a perfect example of a company standing behind their work!
Other than the very minor hiccup - these guys were top-notch and we will definitely use and/or recommend Glenside Auto Spa in the future.

The first one Eric put in was too small, when we went to pick up the car (our old done was from the factory and the numbers and such were much larger and able to read)..  He took it back.. the next day we picked it up.. it had a better one. However, that one was still too small, and since the old one still worked (although we couldn't see the display)we asked him to put the old one back.  He very graciously did that.  We picked the car up the following day.. We gladly paid him for his labor and re-stocking fee.. He was very helpful, very professional, and we would recommend his company to anyone!

I was thoroughly pleased with results. I've had my car detailed previously by other providers, but none did the outstanding job on the exterior of my car as Glenside Auto Spa. Interior carpets were cleaned very well. And they did a thorough cleaning of the car's head lights.

the provider said he would take care of the problem. well they took care of the problem by doing nothing they suppose to have done it over but i have witness they did basicly nothing more i was so disapointed about the job the did its like the pitts the worse i have seen. i am ashamed to tell any i had my car detailed suppose to be clean but it looks like the same way i brought it there they really got over on me.it was the worse so i had to take my car to someone else to clean. and pay the second person This Glenside Spa should give me my 75.00 dollars back because they did not do anything.

Greeted by a friendly receptionist. Car looked great. Everything went well until receptionist introduced me to guy who worked on my car.  Another guy walked up and said he also worked on my car. I told him I was told the other guy worked on my car. Gave first guy a tip. He looked at it and appeared to be displeased.
After I drove out of garage, I noticed that a reminder sticker for oil change was missing from windshield.  Now I don't know when I am due for next oil change. Another sticker that I no longer use was left.

Glenside Auto Spa is a pleasure to do buisness with. Some of the words that come to my mind; courteous, professional, fair, respectful of the customer and their property. I ran my own retail store for over 25 years, and It is rare that a retail establishment exceeds my expectations for customer service. It is rare that I post reviews, let alone glittering testimonial positive reviews. This is certainly one! A++ Glenside Auto Spa.

The remote starter was successfully installed. The job took much longer than expected however, they rectified the situation by offering a discount for the inconvenience,  which made the mistake palatable. Job completion time estimates were consistently missed.

I have a Jeep Wrangler and a yellow lab that rides with me occasionally. I decided to treat myself and have the Jeep detailed. I removed everything from the vehicle, including the back seat, before dropping off my car. I jokingly apologized for the dog hair, because I know what a pain it is to get off the carpet. The staff person complained about dog hair being impossible to get out (I said I understood, please do what you can), it would take much much longer than 2.5 hours (fine, take your time) and complained about the woman who took my reservation because she did not quote me enough money, but that they would honor the rate quoted to me. I had a coupon, but decided not to use it because I felt guilty about the dog hair. Glenside Auto Spa called me 5 minutes after I left, and said it was going to be an extra $15.00 to detail the Jeep, I said fine. They had the car from 11:00 to 4:45. The car was adequately cleaned, through the interior of the windshield and the rear view mirror were not done. There was some spotting on the steering column from cleaning product and the vents and stereo were dusty. They did do a pretty fair job getting up the dog hair.

The service was mediocre, and complaining about the state of my car was unprofessional. I felt guilty for asking them to detail my Jeep! I would not recommend them for detailing.

Job was completed promptly. Staff was courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend.

Initially it did not go good at all but Mark and his staff were able to correct the problems and as of today made everything right. I was pleased with their professionalism and Mark truly impressed me with his follow-up. For some reason there was a programming conflict with the model/year of my wife's car and while the auto-starter worked fine, when we opened the car door the starter would fail and shut the car off. Then we would have to restart the car. As you can probably imagine this would put a lot of stress on the battery and starter over time and I wanted the device taken out. Mark told me he would look into the issue and would contact me to correct it. A few days later he contacted me, assured me the auto-starter software(?) needed to be updated and it should fix the problem. Nowadays it is unfortunately not often when someone says the words. and quot;I'll get back to youand quot; that they actually do and not only did he do that, he called the manufacturer and seemed pretty confident he could fix the problem. I had my doubts but believed in what he said and brought the car to the shop. While I waited a while longer than I was told, the problem was resolved and my wife is ecstatic! As of today she cant be happier and I am impressed with Mark's follow-up and ability to resolve the software issue. i am confident that the problem is fixed and I too am quite pleased at the service and professionalism of Mark and his staff. I'd highly recommend them to anyone, especially due to their reliability and ability to resolve a problem. Thanks Glenside Auto!

Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and professional. They called to confirm the day before and everything went as smoothly as I could've hoped. I definitely recommend them.

Glenside Auto Spa is amazing! I primarily worked with Brian to schedule the appointment but also met Livette who helped with the gift certificate and Mark who did the remote car starter installation. All three were very professional and genuinely nice human beings. I would not hesitate to take my car back to Glenside Auto Spa in the future.

I park outside and have a small child so detailing my car can be a challenge but they did an amazing job.  All the rugs were pristine, seats clean and they were even able to take out some scratches that I thought were permanent.  And the price was amazing.  Will definitely be back next year.

As usual I had a great experience at Glenside auto spa. my car was broken into leaving one of my windows without tint. I took a chance by calling on black Friday to get the new window tinted. Mark took my call and did the job even though he only had two appointments for the day. He metered my existing window tint to make sure the new window matched. As always a great experience at the Glenside Auto Spa.
