Excellent craftsmen! The owner Jim Bilbee was a skilled professional who thought of every tiny detail for our kitchen cabinet refacing job. Custom Craft Cabinets price was for real maple wooden doors and drawers, as well as an island. To my shock and delight they were much cheaper in price than Sears, Home Depot, and Kitchen Magic--yet all of these other places were only offering laminate refacing doors--not solid maple new doors!!! Custom Craft Cabinets was always on time and followed up when they said they would. I am absolutely blown away the high quality of their work and the unbelievable great price!!!

Wow! We are so amazed at what incredible work Jim Bilbee and his staff did in our kitchen. Jim is a true professional who not only reviewed our space and prepared the estimate, but actually did much of the work himself. They delivered just as promised and it was great... and a great value too! We would definitely use Jim again.

I only had a drawer that had to be fixed because it fell apart. Jim repaired it, no problem. If I should decide in the future to replace my cabinets, I would definitely call Jim.

Our kitchen cabinet refacing project, involved transforming our 37 year old walnut cabinets to cherry hardwood. The transformation is truly outstanding, the cabinets are beautiful and we are delighted with the end result. We met with Jim before the project began, who listened to our questions and concerns, and offered excellent solutions and a fair price. Jim and his team are skilled professionals, courteous, hardworking with an eye for detail. Our project was completed in the timeframe promised. Although I have not had the work done yet, Jim was the ONLY contractor to follow-up and go the extra mile to find sourcing that I was interested in that he usually does not work with. One of the hardest part of finding a contractor, is getting one to call you back. Jim does consistently and that in my book would always get the job!

Jim, did a great job on the cabinents. Installation was seemless. He thought of everything. Covering for the floors. Tarps for the work area. He and his team completed all of the clean-up. The cabinents with the trim work finished off the room. It looks like they were always part of the design. Seemless installation. Great attention to detail.
