My sprinkler system was not working on one side. I had another company come in, but they could not help me. Impact came in today and I could tell from the start the technician knew what he was doing. He had the equipment and the patience to isolate the problem. It turned out to be a very minor issue that I still feel foolish about, however, I really appreciated Impact's great customer care.
