Very polite, responsive, educational, clean and perfect!!! Don't hire anyone else! Oh, and did i say trustworthy? I wasn't home during the job, and I was able to trust them. Rare these days. Thank you!!

My only slight criticism would be that clean up in basement was not perfect... also I would have liked them to wear booties over their boots when going upstairs in my house ( where I have carpets) Nice guys...worked surreptitiously in the House. Prompt response to inquiry and to the appointment .

To accommodate a very tight window (after old remediation was completed & before we were going on vacation) Greg / Duct Pros, LLC gave up his 'day off on Labor day' and came at 8:00am; which was the time we requested. I can't believe how fast Greg called from being on this site. So polite and understood my urgency for the work they'll be here on 8/21 at 8am. I am completely confident that the work that will be getting will be excellent. I will post another review after, but I know it'll be all praise! Especially from seeing the reviews here and a few friends also told me about them! Looking forward to having them come to my mom's home and do the work!

Greg and Duct Pros came out quick and got the job done quick. He did the dryer vent as well and took a look at our ac unit. Although he could have cleaned it and charged us, he let us know that it was honestly too big of a cleanup to handle and recommended a few hvac companies who could do it. I appreciated the honesty! Definitely would recommend these guys!

When I called Duct Pro. I explained my current situation and the urgency to get it done HE was able to squeeze me in and I was able to get an appointment within a week. These guys are fast, thorough and efficient. They politely answered question that I may not ask during the scheduling process. Their pricing is fair and they even clean my dryer duct/ vent for no additional charge-which was a mess. I am very pleased with the job they have done. I would definitely use them again in the future.
