Fences Unlimited

This review is a little late as you may notice from the date service was rendered. I'm writing this because we have had so many problems with the fence that was installed that I thought other home owners might find a long term review helpful.
Price was middle bid of three comparable companies. Fence was to be a composite. Installation was moved 3 times. Workers were very polite and worked very hard. However, they didn't understand English or how to read our property map correctly. Therefore, after completion, our fence was 7 feet into neighbors yard. After 3 phone calls and promises, I had to resort to an attorney to have them return and rectify the mistake. When they finally agreed upon a time to fix the mistake, they did not arrive or call to cancel and I missed three days of work. Fence was moved 3 months after installation. Total of approx. 6 months to have fence satisfactory. 
Three years later 4 posts are replaced due to rot at the base   Another three yrs. and another 4 posts are replaced due to rot. Repair carpenter informs us that not all th posts are composite. In addition, after inspection by carpenter, advised that many posts tops are split.
Their professionalism, response to their mistakes and quality of materials are sub-standard. 
To my chagrin, after satisfactory installation and so relieved that it was finished, I recommended them to another home owner. I apologize.

After the estimate was accepted, the company scheduled and then failed to show up on 3 occasions.  After the 3rd I  said I wanted to cancel the job, and at that point they came to install within a week.  The fence was to decrease from 6' to 4'; it appeared they had not done that before because the fence was cut off very strange as the height changed.  The workman who came to the house was very pleasant, professional, and worked to completely redo the fence to make the height change properly.  It turned out that the cross wood was not of exterior quality, so I ended up having another company come and replace.

Installation was fine and we were happy, but quality of product was poor and damaged over time. Called to get addressed multiple times....no response.  They finally came and removed the damaged caps, but never replaced them, never returned calls.  Filed a complaint with BBB, still no response. They are F rated on BBB site as well.

They were personable, on time and they remembered that they put the original fence in.  We've had to go to them for a couple of other things so they have a long history.  They treated us with professionalism coupled with charm and being personable. 

The project was completed on time, however we needed to follow up with the company to fix several issues with the original installation.

The company provided by far, the most reasonable estimate I obtained. They returned phone calls promptly and were ready to go with installation, before I was. The installers were polite and hardworking. Great company to work with.

THE JOB WAS DONE MUCH QUICKER THAN EXPECTED, THE WORKMAN WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, THE FENCE LOOKS GREAT.
