Randy was prompt to answer my initial request and visited my the next day to quote me for power washing and restaining. We agreed a price (including discount for Angies List customers) and a stain colour. As I have outside water and electric he needed nothing more and his crew did the job without me having to be home. I did bump into the staining crew, who were just as polite and courteous as Randy. Most importantly, my deck looks great!

Everything went great. Contractor was very responsive. He gave me a quick estimate and got me ion the schedule right away. They had to wait a week between the Power Washing and the Staining due to a lot of rain that we had. Very Fair Price. I will be calling them again when I need additional work done.

DeckPro did a fantastic job with pressure washing and sealing my deck. Their bid was competitive and the work was pleasing. The team was always professional and courteous. The workers who washed and sealed the deck were were polite, friendly, hardworking, and clearly detail oriented.

Randy was responsive over email while I was gathering quotes on staining a wooden deck that had worn a bit. He answered my questions quickly and with details. He quickly sent someone out to look and gave us a fair estimate. So we booked the work. His crew worked quickly to power wash the deck and then return to stain it. They did a nice job. The deck looks great. And the surrounding area was also kept clean. I'd definitely recommend these folks for power washing and/or deck staining.

Randy S. the owner provided a very fair estimate and was willing to deal with issues pertaining to sliding doors described above. DeckPro employees Santana and Angelo arrived promptly and completed the tasks in workman like fashion over a two day period. I was pleased with their work and would recommend this contractor to others. The pricing was very competitive.

Our deck was in bad shape and looking old. Not only did they power washed they applied a stain. WOW..The deck looks new again. The house needed some love'n too. It is nice and clean now. Outstanding job. Thank you Randy and team.

This is an older wooden deck that had not been maintained well. It was long over due for power washing and needed to be stained. In addition much of the wood had become split, cracked and pitted. So some of the wood needed to be replaced. I was looking for a contractor who replace some of the deck, then power wash and stain. Many deck contractors only wanted to replace the deck completely, I could only find a few recommended contractors willing to replace some of the deck, power wash and then stain. The person who runs Deckpro Powerwash returned my calls and came out relatively soon to give an estimate for the work. He was polite and provided lots of information and made recommendations on what needed to be done. He provided a written estimate fairly quickly and it was less than what other contractors had quoted. He warned it could be a month or more before the work could be completed because they were very busy. That was OK with me as I was not in a hurry to have it done. I could not be there during the day when they were working, but I could see they removed some of the old rails and decking as we had discussed and then power washed. After they stained the deck I waited a few days to see when they would replace items on the deck. I emailed asking that when they were done if they could put grill and stuff back on the deck. After they did that I assumed they were done and checked out the work. There was stain over-spray on most every surface that was adjacent to the deck including walls adjacent to decking and side of house adjacent rails and spindles. There was one spindle/rail area that did not get stained completely. I also noticed that spindles had not been replaced as agreed. I also noticed part of the job agreed upon had not been done: they were supposed to use a product called Deck Over which is a really thick coating meant to fill in cracks in the old wood. It was supposed to have been used on decking and horizontal surfaces. However, the only thing used was the regular stain. When they came to look at the spindles (the owner/manager and also the crew) I pointed out the spindles. The crew told the manager and I that they could not find spindles in the correct length and that was why they had not been replaced. I could not tell if they were planning on eventually rectifying this or if they had forgotten about the spindles. I mentioned it did not look like the Deck Over product had been used. The owner/manager agreed and asked the crew boss if Deck Over had been used. To his credit, he didn't try to fudge out of it and admitted they had not used it. I am guessing that the crew chief had forgotten about getting and using Deck Over or perhaps the information did not get to him. They asked if I still wanted to have the Deck Over. I decided it wasn't worth the extra effort and decided the deck looked good enough. They did replace and stain the spindles and stained the spot that had been missed. They adjusted the invoice to reflect that Deck Over was not used. They cleaned up the over-spray as promised. It seems to me that the owner/manager did not come by the project while the wood was being replaced or when it was being stained to make sure things were being done as agreed. I am stating that I would use them again. However, I have to qualify that by stating that I would hire them only if I could be there when the work was done to make sure what I want done is communicated to the people that show up to do the work.

Our experience with Deck Pro from start to finish was excellent. We contacted the owner and within 24 hours he came to our home to look at the deck and give us a quote. His pricing was very competitive compared with some of the other contractors we contacted. Within days of receiving our quote and selecting Deck Pro, the workers were at our door and on the job. We were impressed with the professionalism, quality workmanship and attention to detail that the team members put in during the three days it took to complete our deck. We look forward to having Deck Pro return to help us maintain our deck in future years and we highly recommend Deck Pro to our friends and neighbors.

Very pleased with this service. I don't mind spending money for good work but many of the people I'd previously contacted wanted over a thousand dollars for a 25x30 deck, wouldn't remove furniture, were only interested in the deck seal they wanted to use etc. DeckPro was substantially less expensive, was happy to take everything off the deck and seal with what I wanted and did a great job. They wound up doing the power washing and sealing at two different days in order to allow the deck to dry. The guys who came to do the sealing weren't the most professional looking but they worked their butts off in very high heat and humidity and only slowed down when they were done and were putting equipment away at the end of the day. I even tried to tip them but they were off down the road before I had the chance. They were very careful to miss plants and other areas where we didn't want stray sealer to go. Would definitely recommend.

Super responsive, very friendly and honest. The price was fantastic, the work was prompt and professional. I appreciated their education on the staining process for our deck (we had a mix of prior paint and stain from previous owners leaving it very gray in some areas even after post clean). From quote to completion of the job only a week had passed. It turned out beautiful and we can go into fall entertaining and winter weather with confidence that our outdoor living area was treated with proper care and TLC to keep the area maintained.

I sent an email request for an estimate on 8/19. Within hours, I had a phone call from Randy -- he was working in the neighborhood and could look at, and possibly wash, the deck that afternoon. At his request, I sent him two photos of the deck so that he could determine the scope of the job; he got back to me quickly with an estimate. As it turned out, the job in the neighborhood took longer than expected, so Randy's guy came the following day to do our deck -- but Randy gave us the "we're in the neighborhood" discount anyway. I cannot say enough good things about Randy's responsiveness and professionalism, the reasonable price, and the excellent work performed by the man who actually did the work. The deck, which was pretty darned filthy, looks like new. We will definitely use, and recommend, DeckPro in future.

Nice guy, showed up on time. one side of the fence was power washed and coated the same day (no time to dry). The clear coat lasted less than a year. The fence was slightly splintered in a couple places after the power wash. One of the fence planks near the ground was chipped.

We ended up selecting another company, but that had nothing to do with Randy or his quote. I believe his quote was fair and he was quite professional. In fact, we had quite the difficult time making a decision. I would certainly consider working with Randy in the future and will keep them in mind for future needs.

I communicated with the DeckPro team mostly over email for all the details related to the job. I had a ton of questions and they were extremely patient with answering all of them. Very responsive, well spoken, respectful and professional. In addition, the quote for the job was the cheapest out of 2 other contractors in my area, and it wasn't all that close. They set my expectations for timing, saying the job would realistically be complete about ~1 month after the quote, which was fine with me. The job itself involved powerwashing a ~400 sqft deck, with probably >50 spindles, ripping out and replacing 8 rotten boards, and then staining the entire thing with a solid stain. They recommended that I use a Sherwin Williams product, which he stands by after many years of tried and true use. Overall the job was very well done, and I'm extremely satisfied. Highly recommended.

Randy was a pleasure to deal with. He never rushed me off the phone, I had plenty of questions for him. I called him around the beginning of June and asked if he could squeeze in a job while we were away on vacation. Unfortunately Randy had to battle w/ mother nature and had other jobs that were a priority (I totally understood this). I was at work when he came to perform the work, but my wife told me he and his crew were very professional. They even asked us to close the upstairs window prior to washing the area. You see, some contractors wouldn't give a d*** and would just do things as quick as possible so they could move to the next job. Now our house looks clean, not bad for an old cape w/ aluminum siding that's starting to show its age.

When they were first out to assess the needs and give an estimate, they were very thorough in explaining what they would do. They took time to listen to what I wanted done, and then took the time to explain how they would do it. Because my deck had previously been stained, and we were using a semi-transparent stain, they explained that some of the old stain may come through, making it look different. When they gave me the estimate, I was surprised as to how affordable it was. After the powerwashing and staining, they came back for some touch-ups, they showed me where the different markings were from the old stain. It was barely noticeable. We also discussed ongoing maintenance of the deck. We are not willing to stain the deck ourselves, due to age and, quite frankly, we don't know what we're doing. I love my deck, and am happy that we've partnered with DeckPro to maintain it.

Service was great even though it took a month after down payment to complete service.

Very Well- I sent Randy and email confirming the proposal on Saturday 5/16 and he called Sunday, 5/17 and asked if he could come do the job. This was terrific since we couldn't put pool furniture out until it was done. He was very professional and friendly. He even recommended against an additional project we asked him to do. So I really appreciated his honest.

DeckPro powerwashed my deck and stained it a few weeks ago. I wanted it done before Memorial Day weekend and they delivered. Water beads beautifully on the deck now. They did a great job. I am moving in a few weeks and will be using them for my new house.

Randy was very responsive and helpful. He came out fast to give an estimate and gave us a great price. Deckpro has awesome discounts for Angie's list members! The siding came out great but we were a little unhappy with the paver patio. I told Randy my concerns and he had a crew out the next day for a 2nd round of power washing. To be fair, the patio was in horrible condition, with weeds and moss covering almost all of it. I had doubts that it could even be cleaned, but it turned out great! The transformation was amazing and we are getting compliments from all of the neighbors! There was a little bit of a mess afterwards, but it's not that surprising considering the amount of dirt that was blasted off of the patio. Overall, we are very happy.

Randy called and we decided on the work to be done. He promptly looked over the work, sent an estimate and then set up the work to be done. The men showed up on time, were sensitive to my possessions and the work to be done (I had a lot of dirt on the awnings and they cleaned them without cracking anything!). Then on on the next dry afternoon, they came back and applied the stain - they also hammered down some nails that had come up. I did not have to be present for the work and they reliably and promptly and professionally did the whole job. My deck and the awnings look awesome! This is a great company, the guys were friendly and professional and I would recommend them to everyone. I might try them for gutter cleaning in the Fall!

Our home had been egged by kids last Mischief Night . Although we thought we'd gotten the egg off with a hose and sponge, over the last season we'd noticed the stain reappearing and becoming dark. Because the egg had only hit a portion of our house, all we needed was a spot cleaning. After calling around to a few power-washing companies, I realized most weren't willing to do such a small job - some only gave a whole-house quote and others a minimum fee that was (in my opinion) too high for the job. DeckPro, however, worked with us. They offered to come out (within the next weekend) while in the area for another job, which made our job more affordable. The technicians removed the egg and pointed out one area where they couldn't get it off (smaller than a dime size) without possibly damaging the paint on the window trim. All-in-all, I'm satisfied with this experience and outcome - would use them again. They've been put into our "work-men rolodex".

We wanted a particular stain, IPE Oil, which DeckPro didn't work with, but they accommodated our request and ordered it for us. Randy was honest with us from the start and warned us that some spots that have been sanded harder than others will retain their lighter color after the staining. He waited for some warm November weather and started the job promptly on a sunny day. The deck turned out as he told us it would, with a beautiful natural color and some light patches that matched the sanded areas. We love the color!
