Shane contacted us immediately. Set up an appointment to do the work right away. Kept us informed about his time of arrival. Was on time. Very professional and nice to work with. I would hire him again for any electrical issues I have.

Came over and gave an estimate for three recessed lights and 5 regular LED install. Said that the recessed lighting would not be a problem on the third floor. . When he promply showed up at 8 30 am he told my son that he could not put in the recessed lighting because it would require cutting and patching. So I said ok just put in the regular LED lights instead. He went and got three more regular lights and charged me 600.00 for labor. I think for two hours of work and only an install that is a bit much. This was the origional estimate but that was for recessed lighting. it was lower then my other estimate but they did not even bother to come over and look at the job.

Shane is very personable and knowledgeable. He responded immediately and installed my chandelier within a week. His work is top quality. Shane did an awesome job. He did electrical work for us in our newly designed kitchen and dining room. He put recessed lights in both rooms and rerouted the switches, which wasn't an easy job to do. Shane was great. On time, affordable and he took the time to give me options (which the others didn't.). I would hire him again in a minute if I need electrical work.

Shane called early Fri morning and work was completed by 12 noon.

Shane is a very pleasant guy and adapted well to change. Very satisfied with his work!

Electrician diagnosed problem however did not fix. He stated he didn't have time and would have to reschedule. This caused me to pay the initial Home Advisor fee of $85 plus he added an extra $15. Not sure why though as nothing was fixed or replaced. And he stated he wasnt 100% sure he diagnosed it. He then quoted me $250 to come back and fix where he could have done that same day and during intitial visit which would have saved me money.

Small job and did it in a reasonable time

Shawn was very professional. He described his work and rationale during the process. His rates appeared to be fair. He provided options in resolving the issue at hand. I would recommend his services and will be using him in the future.
