It went well, as usual. We had previously been scheduled for this work and had received a reminder call about the appointment as well as a reminder that all exterior windows needed to be closed. Well, I forgot to close the windows that morning. The Masters Touch tech called my cell and explained that he was at our home and saw the open windows so he wouldn't be able to perform the service. He was very nice and assured me it would be no problem for him to return the next week when he was in the area. So, that's what we did. I refer to this as great customer service!

We have been very happy with Master's Touch. We have been using them for 8 years and have never had one complaint. They are easy to get in touch with, have great customer service and the technicians are always on time and very knowledgeable. The same technician comes to your home each quarterly visit so they're able to keep tabs on how things are going. They always ask if we're having any issues so they can take care of them appropriately.

I made an appointment for termite inspection. Very pleasant receptionist and set up appointment within the week. Marc, the inspector, came out and made a thorough inspection or our house and found no termites or damage. He also at our request inspected for any roaches. Also, no evidence of roaches within the house -- and also no charge.. He gave business card and said call him again for inspection if ever we were to find other evidence of insects or even suspicion of infestation. Thorough inspection, courteous and no hard sell of other services . Thorough recommendation of MASTERS TOUCH.Touch. Will certainly use then in the future if needed.

After twelve tears, we were interested in finding a different pest control company to do a quarterly preventive pest control program. Master's Touch responded to my message immediately and an appointment was scheduled within a few days. Their entomologist, Mark, came and worked out a suggested program. We were very impressed with his knowledge and willingness to answer our many questions. He wrote up a quarterly plan. Although the price was competitive, we chose another company - the primary reason being the only time they would be in the house would be the winter application and the other three times would be exterior applications only. I am sure that this method is effective but we were used to both interior and exterior applications four times/year. It is difficult to chose between apples and oranges as each company uses different products and all claim that their's is the best.

What details? He came on time. He told me what he would do, how he would proceed, what he would look for. And then he did it all. At the end of the inspection, he wrote up his findings, and gave me a copy of what I would need at the house closing, as well as a one-year free service bonus for my home buyer.

I was so impressed with the friendly, prompt and thorough service that Holly and her team provided. I found out about the nest and she had someone at my house inspecting it within the hour! The nest was gone that afternoon and all is well. Would definitely use them again.!

We've used Master's Touch several times in two different homes and I've been very happy. They are very good at what they do. My favorite part was the lesson on spider bites - when we first moved into our new home we found what I perceived to be enormous monster arachnids everywhere! But Master's came in and schooled me on what kind of spiders they were, their habits, and danger level (zero). And of course they got rid of them. I think this provider is more expensive than most but I'm not afraid of spiders any more. Can you put a price on that?

Called initially about capenter bee problem. Scheduled a visit, representative came in, inspected basement and outside of the house carefully, told about all the different options: one time treatment vs contract. Later we decided to go with the yearly contract, and we already had first treatment. Nice people and on time.

It was excellent. I have a service agreement with them. They come out regularly. They're really good. When you have a problem, they'll keep coming until the problem is solved. They do an inspection and treatment every season. We had a mouse in the attic. There was a hole in the corner. They put a one-way door there, so it would come out. They then fixed it and sealed it in. They would keep coming back and never charge us for anything because we have an agreement with them.

My husband is deathly allergic to bee and wasp stings. Once we found out about the hive I checked Angie's List and decided to use Masters Touch and had no regrets. They were professional and answered any and all questions we had. We would certainly use their services again without hesitation

Marc Anderson, certified entomologist, did a very thorough inspection explaining what he was doing, what he was looking for and why. He then answered the many questions we had using his smart phone for pictures to support his teaching. And he's a great teacher. It was a very reassuring visit.

Drilled around the parameter of condo and injected Termidor. Also drilled into floors in Bedroom, Livingroom, Storage closet, Front Entrance and Patio and injected Foam into holes to kill termites. Came on the day set up and worked quickly. Treatment included 1 year guarantee.

It went very well. They were very responsive and they were there within two days. I had a lot of confidence in the man he came out and he ended up being the owner. He was extremely knowledgeable and he gave me a great sense of confidence. I ended up buying their yearly service and feel very confident in their work.

I'm very satisfied with Master's Touch. We have the yearly service plan. They come out promptly if we ever have a problem. Plus the plan includes 4 visit a year for routine checking and service. They are very professional and prompt.

I was having a problem with mice in my attic. The representative came out very promptly and did a complete inspection of my attic,basement, garage and outside of my property. I ended up getting a year's contract, as it would cover the various pest treatments for each season i.e. bees, ants etc.They have been out at least three times to check on the traps in the attic without any charge, as I have a contract. They are always on time and very professional.

After Masters Touch successfully fought off the ants that were invading our home, we signed up for Quarterly Service with them. I was impressed with them because they were very educational/helpful about the things we were doing wrong, and about the types of pests common to our neighborhood. I could tell they knew their stuff. Recently, we had a shed installed and at their last exterior service, they treated the perimeter of the shed without being asked.

No service, but we have a pleasant chat on the phone and you can tell they care about their customers' needs.

We bought our house, an older home, last spring, and given the neglect of the previous owners, we had some pest issues to deal with. Masters Touch came out and signed us up for their yearly contract, and they have been great. Reasonable prices, great responsiveness, nice customer service people, and we have seen a reduction in insects.
