The owner of this business came to my home and listened to why we were moving on this project. He asked several questions about my expectations and then took time to examine current situation and explained the options that he would recommend. Very thorough and respectful --no pressure! Received cost estimate via e-mail the following day. Once we agreed, he set up time frame for when work would be done and stayed in touch with text. Work was done by a 2 man crew who were polite, organized, and efficient. We were a little concerned that there might be a bit of a bit of a problem with residue from the blown in insulation, and need for clean up after job complete. REALLY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS! No muss, no fuss, and work completed in a timely manner.

Went over and above in helping us

We hired Brian and his team to help insulate our home for the winter, including our attic and a very tricky garage ceiling with living space above. Communication was excellent, the work was professionally done on time and within budget and most importantly it has made a HUGE difference! Our second floor is so much warmer in the evening thanks to the 16â of blown-in insulation the Koala team installed in the attic. And itâ s a pleasure to sit in our family room above the garage without the need for slippers and heavy blankets!
