The crew came out and they were very productive. They explained the plan and asked me to take a look over the work at the end. After checking the work I was thrilled to see how neat and complete the install was. They cleaned up after they were done and left the site in working order.

I would enthusiastically recommend Koala to anyone looking to improve the comfort in their home. From consultation to installation, service was incredible. They were very communicative, not pushy, knowledgeable, respectful of our home and pets and a pure delight to work with. Our second floor was noticeably uncomfortable no matter the season and now thereâ s barely a change in temperature between first and second floors. We ended up with a radiant barrier and more blown in insulation. Well worth the price!

Koala Insulation was EXCELLENT across the board. They were professional, communicative, and super easy to do business with. The communication piece was the #1 reason I would use them again and again. They listed to our needs and we went with 3 different types of insulation in my home addition. Everything was perfect.

I gave a 4 for customer service because they did not contact me when they realized they would be late for the schedule appointment. Once I contacted them to see if they were still coming, I immediately received a response and they arrived shortly after. We had insulation blown in between our ceiling and a very low roof line. They were able to blow the insulation in without disturbing too much of the ceiling. Other than being late, as mentioned above, they were very professional and cleaned up after themselves.

Great teamwork by Brian and his guys. They got into spaces that I would never want to go and also managed a very high vaulted ceiling. The owner worked alongside his team; not something you see happening much any more. I would not hesitate to hire them again.
