Description of Work: I scheduled the service a month in advance. On the day that they promised to start working they didn't show. I called to see what was going on. It seemed like they had totally forgotten about me. They agreed to start working two days later, but they didn't show that day, either. After several delays they did begin the work. I was promised that it would take two days, but it extended into nearly a week. During this entire time it was difficult to get someone on the phone. I understand that sometimes delays are inevitable, but communication is important when schedules can't be kept for whatever reason, and I didn't get that communication. The work is quality (there was some property damage, but they fixed it), and the price is reasonable. But when I am paying almost $2,000, I expect to be kept informed without having to call them repeatedly.

Description of Work: They did a spring cleanup, trimmed, weeded and removed unwanted bush. They were very punctual, very careful, They left my property cleaner than when they came. I was very pleased with their work and will contact them again. I will recommend them to friends.

+ 0 moreit went great. I called for an emergency snowplowing and they were here within 2 hours. Also, my lawnmower broke down in the middle of cutting the grass and was have guests over and needed it finished quickly! they did a great job and will definately hire BOSS/BENSON Landscaping again.

Description of Work: I think the work this company does is outstanding. I was extremely impressed with my continued service of snow removal through the winter months. The price was much more reasonable than other companies and i never had one issue where the plow was late or missed anything. I defnintely will continue to work with them in the future. I also think the quality of their lawn work is perfection. I have used them now for several years and can't tell you the amount of compliments on how perfect my lawn looks. These guys are great and i would recommend them to anyone.
