The work was done quickly with good attention to details. They cleaned up well after the job. At no additional charge, a bathroom basin was relocated, and two freeze resistant sillcocks (outside water faucets) were installed. Minor problem: The water control valve for the bathtub/shower was not properly re-installed. They were more then willing to correct the problem, but I repaired it myself, instead.

I had a leaky faucet in my bathroom , I had received (free of charge) from Kohler replacement parts but was unable to fix the replacement as I didn't have the correct tools needed. I signed up to Angies list and found Paramount plumbing. They informed me of their pricing and said that a plumber could come out Wed am. This was fine, however they then called back as a plumber was in the area having finished up early and would I like him to call now. He arrived within 20 mins and did exactly what was required. Clean, tidy, even put on shoe protectors to keep my floors clean. Polite and personable Mike did a good job. I shall happily call them next time a need a plumber.

Last year my wife and I decided to finish our basement. I decided to complete alot of the work myself to save money, but we also agreed that we wanted to add a bathroom to the basement considering this would be the main living space in our house going forward. Knowing that I wasn't the most experienced person when it came to working with plumbing, it was probably best to research and hire a professional plumber. Instead of drilling into the floor in my basement to create a new drain pipe line that would drain into the main pipe, I decided to research other options. What I found was the Saniflo toilet system. The Saniflo toilet system allows you to install a toilet system without breaking ground. The system comes with a grinder which grinds up all the waste and then a high pressure pipe takes it to the main drain pipe. After researching the Saniflo toilet and deciding this was the way to go, the next step was to find a plumber that knew how to install these toilets system. That is when I decided to join Angies List, but my research for plumbers that have a knowledge and experience with Saniflo toilets turned up nothing. So I brought in 3 plumbers to discuss these options and Paramount Plumbing was one of them. We walked through my basement & they listened to exactly what I was trying to create and wrote down all my notes. They added some suggestions as to where the best place for the piping should be and other suggestions. Then we discussed the Saniflo toilet system and why I was leaning towards this system. Paramount was very informed about the toilet system and let me know that they have installed many of them; which put my mind at ease right away. Paramount Plumbing came to my house during the week while I was at work and finished just about 90% of the work in one day; and this was suppose to be a possible 3 day project. They also helped me with other tasks that they didn't need to perform. For example, they ran a new line for my dryer vent to the outside in a section that I didn't even think was possible and it looks great, you cant see it on the outside. Also, the building inspector wanted me to add a clean out section to the main pipe; even thought there wasn't one there before, and Paramount gladly came back and installed one even though the job was already done. Paramount Plumbing was an amazing find for me considering my plans. They are very professional, experienced and considerate and will be my plumber for all future requests.

Tom was the only person who answered the phone on a Sunday afternoon after we discovered the basement flooded due to a leak from the water heater. They even called to say they were running late but would be.

We had been without water overnight. The technician arrived, as promised, one hour after our call. He diagnosed the problem, explained what was needed, gave us an estimate, completed the work and cleaned up completely, We're very pleased with the service.

Scheduling is easy and they arrive when promised.

Turned off the water supply to the house. Joined Angie's List and called the Plumber. Now this was a Saturday so we knew we would pay a premium. This happened at noon and he arrived about 2:55. He discovered a pipe leak in the bathroom. He removed and replaced the leaking pipe and all is well. We now have to patch the drywall holes and paint.

I got them through Angie’s List and they are terrific. They are always good and have helped me out several times. I really like and completely trust them. They are very professional and very prompt. They come prepared and do what I ask them to do. If they see anything else which has to be done they will do it. I have referred them to a friend and she is using them now. I would use them again in the future.

They were meticulous, detail oriented and above my expectations, they did a fantastic job. I would use them again in the future.

They were wonderful. They were quick. His name was Bob and he was very professional and cleaned up after himself.. The services are reasonably priced as well. I ended up signing up for their routine maintenance program in which they were finding and fixing problems left over from a previous company.

I have been living in Chester County for over 8 years now and it took this long to find an Excellent Plumber who took care of our plumbing problems as well as identified issues that no other local plumber or even Horizon Services could fix. I would recommend Paramount Plumbing to anyone. I even told them to leave an advertisement on my lawn, because they were that good.

The plumber was on time for the appointment which lately seems to be rare for tradespeople. The work was done properly. However, the company would not tell me their hourly rate over the phone. I was on a tight schedule so I agreed to have them out to quote the project. They charged me $65 to quote the project which I would have to pay them even if I decided that I wasn't going to have them do the work. It was only after they showed up that I was told they charged $200.00/hr. I have now learned to be flexible with my construction schedules so that I am not forced to take the high bidder in the future. So, the project took less than 1 hour and only two plastic elbows were used and it cost me $330.00.

They were very capable, on time, and responsive. They came to work during Christmas week. We even get a tax credit with getting this service done.

On one of the hottest days this summer, our well pump failed which also shut down our central air conditioning. When we called Paramount Plumbing, they rearranged their schedule (with the consent of their generous customers) and fixed the well pump as their first call that day. We were so appreciative especially since it was over 100 degrees that day. We have since then had Paramount Plumbing do additional work in our home and will be happy to continue to do business with them in the future. I find them to be dependable and professional. I recommend them highly and clearly other customers on Angie's list agree that this is a very well-run business.

He had discussed tearing down the base cabinets and the walls to get to the leak and I had just put my house on the market. I could have come home to a torn up kitchen but that wasn’t the case. He did the repair for $200 and there was no visible damage anywhere on the house. They are the best plumbers ever and I would highly recommend them. I didn’t even know he had repaired it because there was no visible sign. I had to call the company and thank that plumber.

Early this morning I noticed water leaking out of a pipe in my basement. My husband was already on his way to the airport and would be out of town for a few days. I went to Angie's list and selected the first plumber on the list for me because they had a good rating and were nearby. I called and left a message and they called me back within 10 minutes. The guy said that they could have someone out by the end of the day and then he looked at the schedule again and said that they had an appt in a town on the other side of me and that they could stop at my house on the way back (estimate around noon). About 10:00am, Jay showed up. He was very professional and friendly, figured out the problem, verified with me that the cost was acceptable, had someone from his company bring the needed part, and finished the repair. It took an hour or so before he was done, but I'm not really sure since I was working and barely knew he was here. When he left, he gave us some suggestions in writing on needed repairs that he noticed that might help us prevent further problems. It was a positive experience from start to finish. The cost was a little high, but worth it.

Perfect. We called Paramount Plumbing and they got back to us right away. The plumber arrived exactly on time. He was very pleasant and explained pricing up front. He actually took extra steps to make sure the repair was perfect, and he left a clean work area. I would have no hesitation in using Paramount Plumbing in the future!!

Extremely responsive. Showed up right on time for both the estimate and the work. Very friendly. Quick, competent work. A bit pricey I thought, but well worth the aggravation it saved me. Could have cleaned up a bit better (but take into account that I'm a neat freak).

Paramount came out and the guy said I needed my faucet needed to be replaced. He called the manufacturer and took a picture on his phone and sent the picture to the manufacturer to order the faucet for me. When it came to my house, he came back to install it. I was very impressed with him and thought he was he very efficient. They are great. I had a very a good experience overall.

Their service was excellent. They were on time, they were clean, they were meticulous, and they got the job done without any problems. I thought the price was a little high, but I needed the work done and I wasn?t going to quibble over the price. In the future, I would shop around before hiring them again. They were here for about two hours. They gave me an estimate before doing the work, and I told him to go ahead and do it.

From the first phone call to set up the appointment until the end, this experience was an absolute pleasure. They have truly earned their "A" rating and I am so thankful to Angie's list for helping me to hire this great company.
