Nick is very friendly and knowledgeable, and was great about getting the work done in a timely manner. He has a mask with him and is willing to put it on at request. Great value for money, but there was some confusion in our back and forth on logistics and pricing. Eventually it was resolved, though, and he did a great job with our garage! It opens and closes very smoothly and much more quietly than before!

Solid response and follow through

Called back within 20 mins and was at my house in an hour. Nick was honest, told me my options (pros/cons). He was able to get our garage door working on the first cold night in December. I am definitely scheduling Nick to replace our garage opener this week.

Responded fast, was ready to go and did excellent and clean work. I know who to call next time I have garage door issues.

Nick did a great job repairing (temporarily) & then replacing my garage door springs. Prompt, courteous service. My only "ding" is related to the "price creep" of the project, it was nearly $200 more than Home Advisor projected and what Nick originally estimated. But again, he did a great job.
