They did go over the two hours and I paid the additional price we agreed on. The deal was wonderful and everything worked out well. I contacted them before I purchased the deal to confirm the appointment time and then later purchased the deal. They were the first plumbers I have ever used . They were very clean and called ahead to let us know they were running late.

I purchased a big deal for this company. It was good. All and all I think the provider did a good job. My only concern and I haven't yet gotten back to them on this was one of the faucets, an outdoor faucet that was replaced is still having the original issue, still dripping. But that's more me not following up with the business.

Scheduling was easy and the plumbers showed up when they were scheduled. Gary and the other plumber were very polite. Gary explained clearly what needed to be done and why. He was a very knowledgeable professional and I felt confident the job was being done right. The job turned out to be more complicated than originally thought. It involved some trouble shooting to solve the toilet issue. They discovered the bathroom vent was clogged with rust so they cleared it economically. To improve venting they also installed a vent cap under the kitchen sink.

They sent out 2 men for the service, which I was not aware was going to be the case. They incorrectly identified the source of the leak, which took additional time. They charged me a $50 trip charge! They then proceeded to charge me for every quarter hour at a $32 rate! They charged me an additional $444 for this service! They neglected to inform me that there was going to be a trip charge and additional quarter hourly fees! That is a bit outrageous for pricing! Had I known about this type pricing, I would have called around and not used their services! I called the office and the receptionist gave me a flippant attitude and said the manager would call me in a week when he was back in the office. She said that she gave me those rates, but I am a budget master and write down everything! I would definitely have remembered receiving the pricing. The workers were very professional, but the office drags that grade down to an 'F'.

My fiance and I just bought our house and we had a number of small repairs to be made, and a hot water flow issue which was a bigger deal since we had a lot of family coming over the second weekend we owned the home. Dave came out and looked over out winter/summer system and thought it was best to direct our water pipes directly to our hot water heater - bypassing the oil boiler to reduce the oil bill. He looked around the house at a few other things I wouldn't have thought of and sent me quotes a few hours later for everything we talked about. We decided what we wanted to have done and he said someone else would be in touch for scheduling. Come Tuesday of the next week - the week just before our family was coming - we still hadn't been called about scheduling. I called and explained that I needed the hot water issue to be fixed as soon as possible and that the other things could wait. They were very apologetic about the lack of communication and were able to fit us in that Friday. The guy who came over was very nice and professional and was able to do all of the repairs we had requested within a few hours for the exact price we had been quoted. Despite the scheduling issue, I would absolutely recommend them and use them again in the future!

.Cocalico contacted us promptly after we purchased the deal and came out to us within a few days. They fixed the leak in our kitchen without much difficulty, and it has held up over the last month. The leak in the bathroom, however, was another story. After the initial visit, the plumber claimed it was fixed and left-- but we discovered that evening that it was still leaking, and in the same way, so I called, and they came back. Again, the plumber worked on it, claimed it was fixed, and left-- but we discovered that evening that it was still leaking. He returned a third time and told me that it couldn't really be fixed because the fixture wasn't up to code and so forth. I can't really evaluate whether he's correct about that or not; we're not plumbers, and we're not going to pay for another plumber to come look at it again. So, he may be right-- it may not be really fixable. However, it was frustrating to be told twice that it was fixed, when it turned out not to be. It would have been nice to have had an accurate diagnosis the first time; it would have saved them and us the trouble of a second and third trip. There was no extra charge though for the second or third visit. My only other complaint is that their two hours of labor Big Deal needs clearer fine print. The coupon explains that your purchase does not cover materials, and that's fine-- I understand that. But AFTER we purchased the deal, we were informed that there was a $50 "trip charge"-- and the promotional materials nowhere indicate this. The coupon should have stated that not only would you pay extra for materials, but that there was a mandatory, not included $50 trip charge. Though our coupon for $90 covered two hours of labor, we also spent $80 on materials and another $50 on that trip charge.

went very well, call that morning, had an appointment that afternoon. I was quoted by another by another company for cost and labor a little over 800.00. He was straight to the point , laid out my option with cost. overall well pleased with the work.

The technician was great but after trying to get the heat pump to do what it had been doing, he announced that he couldn't diagnose it. The part hadn't officially broken and rather than guess what could go wrong, he suggested waiting until it did break. But he told me a lot about my system which I appreciated.

Appointment time was between 1:30-3:30. Art got there at 1:36. He explained everything going along, answered all my quesions, and most importantly, did not try to sell me additional services.

Provided same day service for emergency leak even though I was not previously a customer. I would definitely recommend them.

Came on time. I asked to open walls underneth my bathroon sinks to locate my leak. I wasn't worried about the holes since there were going to be hidden. Plumber found leak behind frig. I required a new water value. Decide to perform the repair myself. Very friendly. Also helped adjusing my kitchen fauct.

Cocalico Heating and Plumbing were wonderful to work with and with the deal with Angie's list the cost came down considerably. Matt was the person that came to the house and he was polite, professional and helpful. For once with a plumber I didn't feel like we were ripped off. He even fixed the issue from the prior plumber that did not seal the bathtub faucet correctly. I will definitely use them again.

They were very good. They were referred to me by someone I knew. They were very timely, very friendly and very competent. I didn’t do any price comparisons but they were fairly reasonable because the toilet that I bought from them was less expensive compared to the stores. Their quality of service was excellent.

They seemed like they did a good job.

Cocalico Plumbing and Heating were great. They were on time, gave us choices of what furnace to buy, and the price was good. They had the best prices of everybody. I can't think of anything bad about them. They were good.

My heatpump stopped working on Saturday 6/9. Based on a recommendation from a friend, I made a service appointment for Monday 6/11. Andy, the service tech, showed up right on time, determined the problem and gave me options regarding repairs or replacement. At my request, he put me in contact with Dale, one of their sales reps who reviewed my options for replacement. Considering the age of the unit and the cost of the repairs, I opted to replace the unit. We had a party scheduled for later in the week and they went out of their way to schedule the install so we wouldn't have to adjust our plans. I would highly recommend Cocalico Plumbing and Heating for both service and installation of a new unit.

I contacted the Service on October 14 and scheduled the visit as our garbage disposer was not working. The usual attempts to get it to work were unsuccessful. From previous experience, we contacted Cocalico. We felt comfortable in leaving the key for the plumber, as this had worked in the past. The plumber informed me by telephone that the unit was unserviceable and that he would have to replace it. He provided me with a price range of disposal units and I selected one. He then replaced the unit, took the old unit away and cleaned up the area. I found everything the way I'd left it that morning, along with a bill, clearly explaining the services and charges. I would recommend cocalico to anyone.

It went extremely well!! Matt arrived on time, was very courteous and thorough, and finished the job within the stated time. He did an outstanding job of cleaning up when he was finished, also.

At the same time I requested service I inquired about getting an estimate to replace & upgrade our HVAC system. After a couple of weeks passed without contact from a C.P.H. representative regarding the estimate I'd requested, I went to their website and repeated my request on line. To date we haven't heard from anyone representing C.P.H. Of course, at this point it no longer matters because we recently had the work completed by another contractor.

I called in Am and he was here by 1:00 Pm. he worked and explained what he was doing so I could understand!

The experience with them was good. They came and removed the old boiler and put the new one in. They cleaned up after themselves. They were courteous and explained things to us. They were done in a reasonable amount of time.

The installation was completed on time at the quoted price and the entire team was very professional throughout the marketing and installation process.

I highly recommend CPH. Our experience with them has been exceptional over the years. We initially contacted them at the recommendation of a neighbor and have always found them to be prompt, courteous and direct relative to what was wrong, what they need to fix and how much it will cost. While they are not the cheapest contractor, they fix the problem correctly and genuinely care about customer service. I highly recommend CPH for HVAC and plumbing services.

I liked them. They are expensive, but I like them. I would imagine that their prices are similar to the competition. Their professionalism is very good.

very well. the plumber took a minimal amount of time to complete the job
