Initially, I was very pleased with the driveway. The work was attractive. However, my driveway and the front steps were tore out for longer than a week before the concrete driveway or steps were laid. I had to continually call this contractor to get those done. However, we still wanted him to do the back porch. Again, I had to continually call him to do the work. He then poured the back porch, but was not ready when the concrete truck was there, making it wait. When the back porch was done, I appeared to be very nice. However, soon I noticed that it was not even and water was pooling in the middle after every rainfall. Then, about one month after the work was completed, two very large cracks in the concrete porch the entire depth of the porch formed. This was six months ago, and for the past six months, I have been calling and asking this contractor to make repairs. He will no longer return my calls, and he has not responded to the letter sent by my attorney.
Description of Work: I have a brand new house. I had a concrete driveway, front steps, and back porch done by this contractor. The back porch had a design to the layout and color was also added to it. The driveway was a three car driveway.
