Horrible! First, the foreman called when the workers were already supposed to have arrived and said that they were running late because something happened to their vehicle. They arrived two hours after the end of the scheduled arrival window. When they arrived, I asked the foreman why they were late and his story was completely contrary to the broke-down vehicle reason he had claimed previously. They sealed sheets of plastic to our walls with industrial staples instead of tape, leaving holes in our walls. And their seal job was shoddy; so much so that for days after the job, LEAD PAINT dust kept settling on our furniture on the floor above where they did the work. A little bit of debris would've been understandable, but it was a lot of dust, and for a whole week after they had done the work. One of the three guys continually used our upstairs bathroom, at one time he was in there for almost 30 minutes. When the workers were finally done and about to leave, I noticed that they hadn't done a large portion of what they were contracted to do (remove ceiling tiles and insulation in one room and treat the wooden joists and ceiling). For some illogical reason, they only did a random third of this room. When I asked why he didn't do the whole thing, the foreman said, ‚œI thought that was all I was supposed to do. I spoke to the person who sold me the service as well as a service manager, and another date was arranged to have the job completed (another day that I had to take off of work to now closely supervise and make sure the job got done). Instead of arriving several hours late like the last crew (or within the scheduled arrival window like a normal person), the second technician arrived 3 hours before the scheduled arrival window. I told him he'd have to wait until I got home. After driving more than 2 hours from the company's headquarters in Pennsylvania, the guy did not bring a crucial piece of equipment that he needed to do the service that I had paid for a HEPA vacuum and scrub brush attachment. Even though this equipment was clearly stated in my contract as part of what I was paying for, the technician and the service manager (Justin) both tried to convince me that they don't need this piece of equipment to do the job of removing mold from the wooden joists. After much deliberation (and actual huffing and puffing from the technician), they sent the technician to Home Depot to buy the necessary equipment. This time, I hovered over the technician the entire time and had to continually point out spots that he obviously missed. The final mold treatment that they do leaves a white splotchy look on the joists, so it's easy to tell what has been done and what hasn't. This technician (like the first foreman and technicians) tried to get over on me by not doing about 16 ft. of the ceiling and was preparing to leave. When I asked why he hadn't done it, he told me that the sprayer for the solution had stopped working. So because his equipm

I would have given 5s across but there were a couple of small items. They were rectified. The best way you can tell about a company is how they handle issues. I have to say that they absolutely handled the situations perfectly. I am very happy to recommend them.

The work was just recently finished. The basement still seems damp but way better. What upsets me the most is the sales methods and deal I ended up striking. We have a baby and another kid in the house and after my wife got wind there was black mold, she was ready to pay anything. I take some blame for not taking more time and allowing us to make the deal at the table with the sales guy. He gave us a deal we couldn't afford - but if we signed that day it would be close to what we could just barely afford. We ended up doing it for the very top of what we could afford, sacrificing other home improvements. In retrospect I see quotes that were half the cost and less that I should have gone with. He might try to sell you on a proprietary pipe or somehting, but I saw similar products at Home Depot. The worst part was that they ensured me there would be air containment when they were cutting concrete and scraping mold. There was no sign that they did this. He also said that they employ 40% veterans as their work force and don't "drive through the Home Deopot parking lot like some". I can tell you that the crew that showed up were not veterans...or neccesarily great English speakers. Im fine with employing whoever you see fit - but this seemed like a misrepresentation. You pay top dollar for these guys and get very regular service.

Had problems from the start of job to the end. 1. A finish basement wall (drywall) that was not to be cut was cut full of access panels to provide easier access to the cement block wall that was crack needing repair, there is a 2'ft space between the drywall and the cement block wall for maintenance but the foreman Tom said it would take more time to do the job behind the drywall and it was quicker and easier for him to cut through the drywall to work on the cement block wall. Even after being told by me not to cut the drywall until I spoke to the sales manager Mark he cut the wall without my approval. The foreman attempted to repair the panel holes he made but the repair job was poorly done and he left after stating he was following instructions from the office. The sales manager Mark Denny paid $450.00 for the repair and painting of the repair done by the foreman Tom but once you cut so many panel holes into a drywall it will never look the same. The man doing the repair had to do a lot more than paint the wall that was damaged he had to do more patch work and paint the other walls to get an even match costing me a lot out of my pocket because of the communication problem. Mark and Tom did their best but if the foreman Tom would of listen I would not had to spend all this extra money. 2. Foreman left the job site for 3-4 hours and I only speak English and the crew could not communicate in English which made a bad situation even more hard for me to try and correct. 3. Job site (basement), steps, yard and driveway were left dusty and trash cover my outside area.

Great team, sales person and work crew were great and professional. Only downside is that they are very expensive and you can get same work done for 1,000's less but.... i don't know if the work from one of the less expensive companies would be as high quality. Looking at my basement the day after and it looks great.

I would NOT recommend them. They didn't finish the job they were contracted for the first time. Luckily we noticed and had them come back to finish, but it took too long to set up the second appointment. Also they were very argumentative and unprofessional when we tried to explain the job wasn't finished and blamed us. I've honestly never had worse customer service and because they didn't finish the job the first time I don't really trust the work I did, which isn't good for something as important as mold removal and it wasn't cheap! I'll spare the rest of the details but in short the experience was a nightmare.

The work that was done looked really good. However after the room was waterproofed the room next to it started leaking. Also the rough casting over the walls was wet in quite a few places, basically all the corners. Why this room wasn't quoted initially was a huge oversite by the water proofing "specialists" So now we have one half dry room and one wet room that all the water pushes into. When I contacted them about this issue I was told it was not quoted or included and it would be an additional $2100 to do that room. Not what you want to hear when you've already dumped 17k into a project expecting no water and you still have water. Would not recommend
