All went exactly as one would hope. The salesman was informative, the person scheduling the work was helpful, and the men who did the work were on time, courteous, and professional.

Very please with the service I got from Tom Adams. From the moment I walked into their showroom in Churchville to the day the installer was here. The installer was very professional and even early when he showed up. He put down tarps everywhere he worked and when he left I had to do some spot vacuuming, but over all I was very pleased with the professionalism of the installer and the salesperson. The installer even took the time to show me how the windows worked and when I asked about the quality of the old windows (original house windows) he gave me an honest answer.

They did a really good job. They were fine but unfortunate on their part because they had a report that there was no furniture in our house. So it was a rude awakening for them when they arrived and saw all of our furniture that needed moved but they handled it.

They were very professional and very quick with the work. They were also good with clean up. They put me at ease with any issues that arose and I was all in all pleased.

Rich, the salesman was great. Both my husband and I felt very comfortable with our choice to use Tom Adams based upon our conversations with Rich. The installer came and was very RUDE to my tenant. The windows were installed very poorly (windows didn't open right and caulking was very clumpy). Installer also made divots in the window sills. The installer also left a mess inside and outside the house. We called the company and spoke to the service manager. The service manager came out, took pictures and presented the information to the higher ups in the company. I then received a phone call from a Bob, who made it seem like he was going to do me a favor by correcting the issues. There was no apology for the situation. At this point, they are schedule to come back out to my rental property. What really bothers me is that I was originally told that the RUDE installer was not going to be coming out to my house to fix the issues. Now, he is coming back out. I will follow up with the end result. I will acknowledge that they are responding to the issues. I just wish the attitude in which they are responding was the same as Rich's who sold us the windows.

Visited showroom in Doylestown. Worked with salesman, Mike, on estimate. Great person to work with. He then visited the home and took measurements. 1 month later, windows were installed in 3 days. Crew was very professional and clean. Overall, company has great products, great service and great people. Would buy again from them.

I chose a very nice carpet remnant for the second bedroom in my condo, which I planned on doing for some time. I removed the old carpet myself so I could clean the floor before the new carpet was installed (that was a pain, but didn't want new carpet on old dirt and dust). It took about 1 to 1-1/2 hrs for installation. The men were courteous and efficient.

This project went very well. I purchased a "fixer-upper" and the windows needed to be replaced. My windows were ordered and arrived at the company in less time than they had anticipated. There was a slight delay in scheduling installation as I was replacing 2 floors of windows and they needed to allow 2 to 3 consecutive days to complete the job. The crew that arrived worked very quickly, cleaning up after themselves as they went along. The job was completed in slightly less than 2 work days. The windows are of excellent quality. After having them the coldest months of the winter-I am truly satisfied with the quality of these windows and their installation.

Sales person explained difference between door styles and material and guided decision making. Installer appeared on time for appointment to take measurements and on time day of installation. Door was exactly what we ordered. There was a problem with our alarm system; installer came back next day and fixed problem.

The entire experience was great. The salesman, Rich, came to our home and offered us a solution that Pella could not. The work was completed within three weeks of sale by incredible workman who not only did beautiful work, but left the house spotless.

The pricing was ridiculous. The salesman was argumentative and condescending when questioned about the price of installation on the final quote relative to the initial estimate. Also, only a very minor discount below the retail price was offered even though we were carpeting/flooring an entire house and had just concluded a significant amount of business for windows and doors (which we are delighted with). I would gladly recommend Tom Adams for doors and windows, but do your homework if you want to purchase floors and carpeting here.

I followed up on 1-5-07 with Rick, and he would check and get back to me. I followed up again with Rick on 1-11-07 and he told me that paperwork got lost in shuffle and paperwork was coming up today and he will call me back. It is now 1-30-07 and I have never received a call back. No returned call, work not performed. I don't know how they received an A rating with this type of non-service and only 2 complaints since 2001 as reported on to the BBB.

THEY WERE GREAT! I WOULD RECOMMEND. I CALLED THEM BACK TO DO MY GUTTERS.

EXCELLENT WORKMANSHIP AND A GOOD PRODUCT. INSTALLER WAS METICULOUS AND VERY SKILLED. HE WORKED VERY FAST AND ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS ALONG THE WAY. HE MADE A MESS WHICH HE DID NOT CLEAN UP VERY WELL. COULD HAVE USED A DROP CLOTH AND OR BEEN MORE CAREFUL ABOUT CONTAINING DEBRIS. AFTER INITIAL ESTIMATE AND DEPOSIT GIVEN, THE COMPANY CALLED TO SAY IT WOULD BE MORE $$ SINCE THEY FORGOT TO INCLUDE A FEE FOR THE CUSTOM CAPPING WHICH NEEDED TO BE DONE WHILE NOT PERFECT AND RATHER PRICEY, THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.

I NEEDED A SPECIALLY-FIT PIECE OF GLASS FOR A JALOUSY WINDOW IN MY BASEMENT. I WENT TO A LOT OF PLACES TO NO AVAIL. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO WORK WITH ME AND MADE IT FROM SCRATCH FOR ME.

PEOPLE IN THE SHOWROOM WORKED WITH US TO FIND SOMETHING MATCHING OUR BUDGET AND DECOR. INSTALLERS WERE PROFESSIONAL AND DID QUALITY WORK.
