Description of Work: I needed a closet built from scratch in the master bedroom since the original closet had been taken out to expand the bathroom for handicap accessibility. Richard Facenda built the closet including framing, dry wall, adding a shelf, adding and staining sliding doors, adding trim, and spackling and painting the dry wall. He was as thorough and professional as though I had paid his full hourly rate even though I was getting a very good price through the Angie's List Big Deal. I would like to hire him again for other projects as my budget permits.

 + 2 moreFirst of all, it was a pleasure working with Rich as he was very courteous, personable and professional. He gave an accurate estimate and there were very few extras needed to complete the job. We purchased the tiling ourselves while Rich did the tile and floor removal and the new installation. Rich is not one to cut corners and his workmanship is top notch. He didn't make any assumptions and any questions about the work (or our design) was discussed and agreed upon before he proceeded. His input was also very much appreciated. We couldn't be more pleased with the results and we would certainly use Facenda Renovations again.
Description of Work: Bathroom tiling work. Removal of old floor and wall tiling (down to the studs), waterproofing backboard and installation of new floor and wall tiling.
