Description of Work: I had problems with my heat/ac since it had been installed'( last Oct) The last problem was on June 8th & 9th. The A/c was totally frozen, This was the first time I ran the A/c overnight. I was not going to call the dealer who installed it, because I was not going to pay him another service call. I checked Angies list, & found Fred. With all the reviews he had I thought I could trust him. I called him & 2 days later he called me back, & said he could check it out for me the same day. He showed me what was wrong and fixed it the same day. He also apologized for the 2 day delay getting back to me. He rewired the furnace and the A/c. ,and the humidifier. He had no idea why all of the wires were not corrected. He also had to replace the thermostat, because the dealer had not put in the correct one for all of the wiring to work.

Description of Work: He was very professional. Had to order a part to fix the fireplace and when it narrived he was prompt in installing it and cleaning the area. Took the time required to explain to me how to work it without making me feel stupid. I will have him back without concerns.
