Fred Cramer - HVAC Gold Certified

Fred was a bit behind schedule, but called to let me know that he would be delayed 1/2 and hour. With this type of service, you have to expect that the previous jobs could take a little longer or unexpected things pop up. I appreciated the call. Fred was friendly and informative. He told me what he was doing, what was wrong, and how to fix it. He gets an A+ from me.

The service was just fine. Basically, it’s a new furnace so there wasn’t too much to do. We just came in. I had some work done in the house. The furnace got a little dusty and he cleaned the dust out of it. The furnace works fine.

WOW is all I can say! Fred knows what he is doing and does it. I APPRECIATE THAT ALOT! I will certainly use him when I am ready to replace my systems!

This is the secont time i used Fred. He is very professional. My air conditioner is 30 years old and he told me there is no need to replace it because it still works. Other AC people tried to talk me into buying a whole new unit for several thousand dollars. Not Fred as he informed me its more cost effective to maintain it.

We negotiated back and forth on a date to do this. Mr. Cramer was easy to reach and easy to negotiate a time and date to do the cleaning. He showed up when he said he would, completed the job quickly, and left the area clean when he was done. You can't beat the price he charged for this service.

Mr. Cramer arrived on time, and called before arriving as we had requested. He was cordial enough, but as I mention, there was no written confirmation of what service he performed. After checking the thermostat, he headed for the door making a statement that our Angie's List voucher was our receipt, and that the "boiler" check out fine, no problems. I kinda thought he would point out a few things to my hubby, i.e., more efficient operation. I thought the service included changing the filter, (part of cleaning it), but he did not indicate whether he had done so. Overall, the furnace works better, and the price was right.

The service went fine. He was busy and came out a few weeks after purchasing the deal, but it was not inconvenient for us. My wife worked with the technician. She said he did a thorough job. He could have sold us a new filter is he had it with him but he did give us the measurements of the filter so we knew what to get ourselves. He did not push unnecessary services. He was polite and professional. It was a good experience. He also traveled quite a bit just to get us for the service.

He came within a few weeks after I purchased the big deal. There was an additional charge apart from the $59 because we had to have our heat pump refilled with something to be more efficient. I had no problems since they came to check the unit. I was not there when they did it, it was my husband who was there so I cannot make any comments about them.

It was good! He checked the unit and the pressure. He ran a cleaning solution through the ducts. I was satisfied with the service overall, but he did charge extra for Freon.

He was really nice, talked me through the Angie's List app. He was really up front about everything. He was the only one who came out and cleaned up after they left.
