Description of Work: We used an Angie's list deal for mr Cramer to come out and do a routine clean and check of our furnace. He did a good job, was very friendly, and did not try to up sell me into any unnecessary repairs. My only complaint is that he ran about 30 minutes late to the appointment, without calling to let me know or apologizing when he arrived.
