Description of Work: Wife was home. 20 point service on your A/C. He was done in or about 1hour.

Description of Work: Best place to park for airport and have car serviced while away.

Description of Work: Mr. Cramer was early and thoroughly checked my furnace and my heat pump. My heat pump needed some coolant and I thought the extra charge for service was reasonable. I would highly recommend.

Description of Work: Fred fixed my air conditioner. Another company recommended by my home warranty service could not send anyone until Wednesday but when I call Mr. Cramer, he was there within one half hour. He had the problem fixed immediately.

Description of Work: Mr Kramer performed the requisite service on my air conditioners, pronounced them fit to perform the cooling for the summer. Was very friendly and helpful.

Description of Work: Mr Cramer arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Throughout his inspection of my A/C he explained what he was doing and gave me tips on how to properly maintain my unit.

Description of Work: Annual service & cleaning of furnace and AC. When furnace when out a few days before our scheduled appointment Fred still honored our Angie's List price and was there later that day to fix. My husband was able to get the part (pure luck) while Fred was at another call. He came after hours and was reasonable in his fees. I just called him again when our blower went out; came same day after his normal hours set us up so we aren't 100% w/o AC! He's a great guy & repairman.

Description of Work: Mr. Cramer was booked to check two air conditioning units (duplex). When booked, we had an appointment two weeks out which was eventually postponed to the following week. On the day of the actual service, he called to see if he could come early which was fine. |Once here he got to work, but I had no idea whether he was performing everything that was listed in his ad. He informed me that one of the units needed a charge and that had to be paid immediately. The receipt was a simple otc receipt like you buy by the book at any store. I expected something more professional as well as a checklist of things done. That was not the case. |Mr. Cramer is friendly, but I think his paperwork needs to be more professional as well as his followup.

Description of Work: When our a/c unit failed before our scheduled tuneup, Fred promptly re-scheduled, successfully effected repairs, and completed the tune-up. He was on-time, and his thorough inspection of our system caught and corrected another problem in the making.

Description of Work: Mr Cramer, who I had used before to do a prevention inspection and tune-up of an oil furnace, did a similar service for my stand alone AC system. His work was very thorough and I feel that both of these systems are now in good working condition. I would use Mr Cramer again and I'd recommend him to anyone who needs HVAC services.
