 + -1 moreWent perfectly. Purchased the $59 Deal from Angie's List. Fred contacted me and scheduled the service quickly, showed up on time, was very professional. Fred serviced our heat pump. Told me what he was doing, finished within approximately a half hour. Everything checked out fine. He didn't come up with any mysterious unexpected costs. Fred did provide me with the cost for a fully installed humidifier. No high pressure sales. Told me what he could offer, wrote the cost on the back of his card so I had it. He was very polite and I would absolutely hire him again.

 + -1 moreI would Highly recommend Mr. Cramer for all HVAC saturations. He was so nice that my German shepherd didn't even bark at him when he showed up. He was right on time, answered any questions I had, and tuned me up for the winter for a very reasonable price. I will be referring him to my neighbor for the same service and once winter has ended I will for sure have him out to tune up the AC unit.

Description of Work: Nothing. Provider would not respond within 48 hours and waited the day before to attempt to reschedule. I tried to call him 3 calls and he would not return any of my calls. Very Unprofessional!

 + -1 moreUpon trying to schedule an appointment to have a tune-up performed on our furnace, I quickly found out that Fred would not be able to accommodate a service visit during the hours I am available outside of my full time job. I work 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, and his hours of availability for tune-ups were 9:30 am to 1:30 pm during weekdays only. The deal was not worth taking a half day or full day off for me or my wife, so I requested a refund for the Deal purchased.
Description of Work: I purchased a Deal through Angie's list for a A/C, Heat Pump, or Furnace Tune-up. I ended up not having the service performed.

 + -1 moreFred showed up on time promptly and began inspecting and cleaning the interior a/c blower and then the outside compressor. I asked him a lot of questions about the system as it is the first time I've owned a home and wanted to learn more about our a/c. He was very patient with me and extremely helpful. Fred also quieted the compressor which had been making a strange whirring noise. It turned out it was a missing screw on an outside compressor panel. He is a very pleasant man, very knowledgeable, and I would definitely use him again. I got my money's worth on this deal.

 + -1 moreMr. Cramer was very responsive to my emails and a true professional HVAC technician for the work that he did to repair my Heat Pump. The cost of service was very reasonable and I appreciate the time he spent to make sure that the heat pump was working properly.
Description of Work: My heat pump was not working right so I contacted Mr. Cramer and he was available the following day. Mr. Cramer came to my house and troubleshot the heat pump and determined there was a refrigerant leak. He found and repaired the refrigerant leak. Mr. Cramer filled the refrigerant for the heat pump. Mr. Cramer discovered the next day that the fan motor and the control module were the cause of the refrigerant leak. Mr. Cramer called the heat pump company and notified them of the parts warranty. A couple days later the parts came in and Mr. Cramer replaced the fan motor and control module. Mr. Cramer tested the Heat Pump after the parts were installed and everything checked out good.
