Description of Work: Came out to check the a/c |Refrigerant was completely empty leak in the line |Explained the alternatives that i could pursue - replace line and complete refoll of outdated R-22 refrigerant, or go ahead and replace the 25+ year old a/c. Elected to replace and, after getting 6 quotes including Mr.Cramer, elected to use another service provider from Angie's List. |

Description of Work: Not well. He takes the full 48 hours for each correspondence. I understand that's his prerogative. He asked for my # and never called. Instead, worked through email at every 48 hour interval. His timeline was 3 weeks out and then called to confirm an appt in 3 hours and we never committed to a day or time. Our last emails were him going to look for a sooner date when he asked if 27 May worked and my initial reply was I needed something sooner. We originally agreed on a date and then he came back and said he forgot about an appt that day. Unreliable scheduling/timing. I worked service through another Angie's listing.

Description of Work: First I wanted to schedule the 15th. He emailed me and said he couldn't do the 15th, could I do the 16th. I said I couldn't be there because I work but I would have my son be there. At 1:30 on the 15th he showed up at my door!!!! I wanted preventive maintenance done to my 18 month old heat pump. He told me it had a leak and it cost me an additional $50 for him to put in coolant. In my old house I had a heat pump for 15 years and never had this done. I don't know whether I was taken or not!!??

Description of Work: We have been using Fred for the last several years for both our furnace and air conditioning cleanings. Most recently he installed a new gas furnace for us. We having nothing but good things to say about him. His workmanship is excellentt, as well as his professionalism and fair pricing for all his work. We wouldn't think of using anyone else!!
