He was absolutely on time; I was astounded that he was here at 10:00 on the dot. I don't know what his regularprices are but he didn't charge me anything over the deal that I bought.

He came on time and finished his work promptly. He is a pleasant person and provided answers to questions I had about my heating system. Since I moved into this place last Spring I did not know very much about the system's condition. I will not hesitate to call Fred in the future, as a matter of fact he is going to install a small gas heater for me in case of electrical outages.

Frank showed up about 10 minutes early, introduced himself and began work promptly. He was very polite and courteous, advised what services he was going to perform and approximately how long it would take him. After mentioning my line of work (Engineering), he felt right at home speaking about the thermodynamic efficiency and heat transfer of my unit. He was careful to clean up everything, vacuuming everything, and spraying, scrubbing any oil that dripped. He performed the standard yearly maintenance, checked over any parts that may need servicing, and gave me confidence that my unit was working optimally and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. I have every intention of inviting Frank back to service my Air Conditioning unit in the spring.

They did a really good job. He was prompt—he said he would be here at 11:00 and he was here at 11:00—and he took care of what he had to do. He was very efficient and didn’t hang around; he just got done what he needed to do. I have looked around at this before and people usually charge more than $100, but I bought an Angie’s List Big Deal for about $70.

I solicited bids to replace my outdated existing heating/AC system. Fred listened to what I wanted and came back with a very competitive bid. I scheduled the work and the work was completed on time and at the price quoted. It has been almost 30 days since the system was installed and the system is working great. I would definitely use Fred’s services again.

Called Fred Cramer to inquire if he provides the service requested. He and an associate came out and gave an estimate. Upon request Fred provided all material for Township permit. Fred and associate obtained the necessary permit and work was completed in the agreed time. The entire project passed inspectors review. Work was completed to my satisfaction and at a price below competition quote. Great guy to do business with, Well trusted.

Oil was observed leaking from the basement heating oil tank. Called Frank immediately. Frank came right over and applied a temp. patch until a new oil tank could be obtained. The next day Frank asrrived with a new and improved oil tank. He drained the oil ,cut up the old tank and installed the new one. This was extensive work which was done quickly and professionally. Charge was very reasonable... given the complexity of the job site. Frank is a trustworthy and honest man. We appreciate all his help.

Hot water heater was not providing hot water because it shut itself off due to malfunctioning part. GE sent me the part since it was in warrenty. I found Fred on Craig's list. I learned he has a good work history in the HVAC field. He responded promptly and began to work immediately. He researched the unit the night before and even doubled checked with another tech. to make sure that there were no other issues he needed to explore during his diognostics.. He took the time needed to do the job right and charged only the price he quoted before he started. He was true to his word and took time to show me how to reset the unit. (Not found in the manual) He is personable and respecrful. I will trust him in any of my Heating and Cooling needs.
