I was not home at the time, but assume all went OK and the A/C ran fine all summer

The service was fine. They were in and out quickly. They were polite and it was what I was expecting.

.I have mixed feelings about this provider. Fred performed the furnace tune-op that was an Angie's list Big Deal. He performed additional work and charged me for it. That was all well and good. I asked Fred to check if there was a blue wire in the thermostat wire bundle , so that I could install a new thermostat that required power ( the blue wire). He assured me that it was there and attached to the terminal block. It turned out that he was wrong. There was a blue wire, but it was not the one coming from the thermostat. This caused me to lose both time and money, along with much frustration, when I went to install the thermostat. I eventually sorted it out and installed the new thermostat.

Everything went fantastic. Not only is Fred the nicest person you would want to me he is efficient. He gave me all kind of data on my furnace that no one else had ever done. And to top it off he actually charged me a little less then he had quoted. Maybe a senior discount. Would recommend him to all my friends and family. Super person, Super job.

Went well. However, he added refrigerant (with my approval) which added $50 to the total. So the deal was $59.00 plus $50 for refrigerant. Still a deal.

Mr. Cramer responded to the big deal by sending an email. The email stated that he would get in touch with us when he was in the area. About a week or so later, we got a date and phone number if we wanted to reschedule. We were available and didn't need to reschedule. It was not an emergency, it just needed to be recharged and cleaned. It took more than 2 weeks from the time we paid to the time of service. For us, it was not a problem.

Punctual. Discussed a few maintenance questions and even took the time to answer a few furnace questions. Overall good experience.

Mr. Cramer did a great job with my heat pump and answered any questions I had concerning maintenance to be performed on my heat pump.

Fred was punctual in setting up the appointment and the day of the appointment. This is the second time we have used him and continue to be pleased with his services.

I got home from an out of town trip to find my AC not functioning. It had been spotty for a few days, so I knew it needed service. I chose Fred Cramer based on reviews from Angie's List. I called and left a message. Fred called back within 30 minutes, was at my house within the hour, and had my unit fixed within 90 minutes of my initial call. He was very quick, but thorough. After fixing the problem, he even checked the outside unit to make sure everything was functioning properly. He was personable and willing to discuss what he was doing as he went along. He was even willing to take his shoes off since I have new carpet. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Everything went well. This is the 3rd time I used Fred and he will be coming back in Oct. to service and clean my heating system. Highly recommend Fred!!!

I was not impressed. This company had such great reviews which is why I bought the coupon deal. Fred showed up on time but spent very little time at my home. He checked the outside condenser and said it was fine. He walked up into my attic which is where the air handler is located and came back down almost immediately. The air handler is probably about 30 years, a Spacepak which is rare these days and not many people work on them apparently. But there was no way that he examined this unit in the brief time he spent in the attic. He told me that everything was "fine". Pressure and refrigerant all good. Problem is, one month later, the blower/motor the air handler quit on me and I had to wait over a week to get the part and unit repaired (not by Fred), by another company. The whole point of getting the maintenance check was to identify any issues so that they could be addressed so that I would not be without a/c when needed. On the positive side, he did identify for me where my filter/air return was located and cleaned it for me but overall not very pleased. Really a waste of money.

Good response, diligent and answered my questions

It worked out beautifully. I was very very pleased, he was punctual when he got back to me when I left a message. He came in that same day, cleaned up everything and it was a blistering hot day, he said "No, that's part of the job." He was polite, he was courteous, I was happy with the bill and he did the work and I have my air conditioning back within 24 hours. The freon was additional $125. I referred 2 or 3 other people to him.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was excellent. He was on time, and everything was great. This was our first time using them. He was on time, he was polite, did everything that was advertised in the big deal.

He went above and beyond expectations. Told him that the old lighting array was too bright and we needed to sidecar some lighting by separating their power sources. He did all of that and installed a dimmer switch that I didn't even think of, and we are very pleased with the result. If you have an electrical job that needs done, I highly recommend Fred Cramer. P.S. Fred and I are not related.

Fred was great. Right on time and thoroughly nice. I was very comfortable with him in my home, and he was informative about the A/C units that were new to me (just moved). Would definitely recommend him.

Mr. Cramer was here right on time. He brought his tools in and I showed him the way to get up into the crawl space above the bedrooms. He had to go through an opening in the ceiling of a closet but told me he had been in this type before and it wasn't a problem. He had a perfect sized ladder for the job. He took a spray bottle up with him and I could hear him moving around very carefully. He checked the duct work and cleaned things and then came down and explained what he had done. He said everything was in good shape. Then we went outside to the unit. He opened the unit and checked the wires and connections and also unscrewed two connectors and connected what looked to me to be two clear hoses that went to two meters to check the pressure. Mr. Cramer explained to me how important that is and also that the pressure on my unit was fine. I was very pleased with the work Fred did while he was here and would call him in the future if I needed something for the system.
