very responsive, has done 2-3 years of PM on my HVAC system and always professional and courteous. A few months after getting things tuned up in the spring our AC stopped working, contacted Fred and left a message, he called back promptly and was there on a holiday weekend and had my system up and running. We had some choices for further repair and he guided us through the whole process. I have used multiple different large and small companies for similar services and I believe Fred to be the best.

Easy to contact and schedule service, a few weeks later our system stopped working, came on a Saturday to fix it and found an electrical problem not related to the AC at all, very responsive, competitive pricing. I would recommend him to anyone.

I called the first week of April 2016 to get an estimate for changing out an old forced air oil furnace for a new gas furnace at my son's house. After getting no response to my initial voicemail inquiry, I called a second time later in the same week, and again left a voicemail. I never received a return phone call from this company. It could be a case where his answering machine system was on the blink the week I called twice. If that was the case, I would give the benefit of the doubt. I ended up accepting a proposal for the job from H.L. Bowman.

Great Job !!! Fred arrived on time, kept the work area clean. when he was finished he cleaned up and took the trash with him. He explained how the humidifier worked, explained why the filter needed to be changed at the beginning of the heating season, and posted the web site to buy the filters right on the side of the humidifier so I can find it when the time cames. o
