He was very quick to respond to my calls. I had to change the date, and he was very accommodating to my schedule. When he arrived, he went right to work. I had him replace some Freon. The only issues I had was I needed a report to send to the bank since I am selling the house, and he never responded. Luckily the bank still signed off on it. The Freon cost extra, but he informed me of this beforehand.

He did a great job and had a great price for both units. He completed both units within an hour and forty minutes and answered all of my questions. He gave me some good advice on how to improve my air flow in one room. He was prompt for both units. I'm really pleased all the way around. The best service I have ever had at my home.

Fred Cramer was very thorough and very friendly. We had problems with communication as somehow he had the wrong email address. I didn't know he was coming until he called to say he was on his way.

Air conditioner inspection went well and was performed faster than I expected. (I'll note that I did not have any experience with how long it should take prior to service.) Fred found coolant was needed and added for additional cost. I expected it would need this.

Overall job was well done and I would call next year to have the same service done.

Fred called for permission to arrive early as he was running ahead of schedule. He introduced himself and then got right to work on the heater. When he was finished, he had a large can of dirt. I had to admit for the first time I had neglected the heater cleaning but would not do so again. The air conditioner was next but didn't need work as it is only two years old. He did make sure it is in top condition for next year. Fred was most courteous and thorough in his job. I will be happy to use him again and recommend him to other people. t

It was fairly routine. A loose/broken wire on the lead from thermostat to a starter coil on one and a freon adjustment on another.

He said I needed Freon which he added to my air conditioner. He was very informative and checked out the whole house system which was in good working condition.

Mr. Kramer was very punctual and very polite. He did exactly what was described in the Angie's List Deal for doing a routine service on the Air Conditioner and heat pump. He did it in a timely fashion and left when the job was done. He has done work for me before and I would hire him again.

It was good! They took a little bit longer than I anticipated them to come out but I was pretty satisfied with the quality of the work and then I ask them to give a me quote for some additional work. He actually got back to me very quick and emailed me that quote. I ended up paying an extra because the deal was only for like A/C or furnace so I had them do the furnace as well and then 12 ounces of refrigerant to my A/C unit. He charged me like 50$ for doing the furnace and another 50$ for the refrigerant pad. They are definitely friendly and pretty prompt. They are very polite and it seems to be a good experience.

Fred converted our boiler from oil to gas in August. Last night was the first cold night since the installation and the heater did not turn on (actually it would turn on but not stay on). We contacted Fred this morning (Sunday) and he was at our house by noon. After a brief investigation, Fred discovered that the thermostat was the problem (it was an older thermostat not one that he had installed). Fred replaced our thermostat today and our heater is working perfectly.
