Fred was very helpful and willing to work with me. Originally, I purchased the furnace cleaning but before it was to happen I had emergency work on my furnace and didn't need it. Fred was kind enough to let me apply what I paid for the cleaning towards an electronic thermostat. I just had to pay the difference. I would strongly recommend him.

I could not have had a worse experience! When I purchased this deal to get my rental apartment's furnace cleaned it asked for 3 recommended appointment times and said the service provider would get back to me within 24hrs.. I picked all afternoon appointments because I have a toddler at home and that just works out for our schedule. He responded back on 11/20 and asked for our address and said he could do it Dec. 11th at 9:30am. So obviously he didn't take notice to the fact that I preferred afternoon apts. I gave him the address and asked if we could do an afternoon appointment and to get back to me. I waited a week and heard nothing so I sent another message. I waited another week and heard nothing so I sent another message. I waited two more days and had to finally call him and surprise surprise, had to leave a message. So he finally called me back and I swear to you he sounded like a pot head when I talked to him. He had trouble forming his thoughts and was horrible at conducting a simple conversation. We finally just agreed to do it Dec. 11th at 9:30 b/c the earliest he now had an afternoon apt. was now the 19th (almost an entire month after I originally purchased the services). He again asked for my address (which I had already emailed him), but then asked if I could repeat it after he went and found a pen and paper. He did finally respond to my written messages and said "we are confirmed for Dec. 11th 9:30am." Well Dec 11th, 9:30 am came and went and he was not showing up. I called at 9:52 and had to leave a message. He called me back a little after 10 and said he went to the wrong persons house and when he showed up there she said her appointment wasn't that day so he messed up. He asked if I could wait and he would be there soon. So my appointment was very difficult to make in the first place and then he shows up 52 MINUTES late! I have a 2 year old that I had to bring with me (it is a rental house we own and rent out). So he shows up in an SUV with a box of tools as his only gear. He goes down to the basement for 14 minutes and comes back up and says it checks out fine and leaves. I have had my furnace serviced by Haller Enterprises before. They took over an hour, vacuumed out the furnace and part of the vent, replaced filters, went outside to check the venting out there, etc. I swear to you I felt like screaming at this guy for my money back. But I was a woman, alone with my 2 year old at a house with a really strange man and just decided to cut my losses. I want to have my husband contact him and get our money back, but how likely do you think that is? DO NOT USE HIM EVER!!!

Fred had a special tune up , check oil burner service. Great deal, great service. Answered all my questions.

It went okay, although he did not show up the first time. There must have been a misunderstanding. He contacted me and was very apologetic, but it was inconvenient because I had taken off work.

Fred has been to our home approximately 3 times. Twice for AC maintenance and to install a gas burner on our furnace when converting over to gas from oil. His workmanship is excellent. He is very professional, prompt and explains things to you. We will continue to use him for our future needs and I highly recommend him.

Fred arrived on time; cleaned and serviced my furnace; and followed up with results that same day. I'm going to use him to put in a new motor!

He informed us the unit was in good condition for its age. He arrived on time for the scheduled appointment. He was friendly and courteous.

We had a tune up for our ac/heating unit. Fred checked everything out to make sure it was running up to par. He was very professional. We were very pleased and would call him again.

We were so comfortable and impressed with Fred that we asked him to provide a couple estimates on replacing our 33-year-old hot water heater.

Everything was done quickly and expertly. Always does a thorough job and inspects for potential problems. Great price and speedy service.

Fred performed a tune-up on my central air unit. I was completely satisfied with his services. He wasted no time in getting started, was diligent in getting the task done and cleaned up afterwards. I have used him in the past and will used him again.

He checked the gas furnace. And did some cleaning of furnace. Checked water heaters, made sure everything was functioning well.

This type of service normally includes cleaning. I am disappointed that there was no vacuuming of the forced air furnace.

Fred arrived on time and was very professional. He explained his service and even explained the work he was doing and why he was doing it as he did the annual service check on my heating system.

Clean and service oil heating unit in my house. Check for efficiency and emissions. Oil filter was on backwards, he put it in the right direction.

He was really courteous and he knew what he was talking about. It was good. There were no additional costs. I would use him again in the future.

There was a little bit of miscommunication. I had left a note for them to call me back but they never actually called but instead put another message on Angie’s List which I never saw. I finally called them and they finally told me what the note said. They came and their service was fine. They had to do some extra work when they were here so there was an extra charge.

I just had the service today and it was quite nice. There were extra charges but it was part of the deal which I was aware of. There was an extra $25 because of an oil burner furnace that he was doing a check on. He was very friendly. He put up with me and allowed me to look over his shoulder. He was well-conversed in his skill and his trade. He performed the service I a reasonable amount of time. I was very happy with everything that he did.
