Very well! great contact and showed up on time. Work was done in a timely manner, no mess, and it works great! have had it for 2+ months and we LOVE it.

Fred was very accomodating when I needed to re-schedule the service because of inclement weather . I also asked him to install a digital thermostat as the last minute which he kindly puchased and completed on his visit. He was very professional in all his interactions.

Everything turned out fine. He was not very thorough like I was used to. Scheduling was good and very he was very timely. The appointment was kind of minimal and I did not have too much interaction with him. He also showed me how to use the system since we are new to the home but he was not too helpful with that.

Good. The service was a couple of years ago. They came in and did the work they were supposed to do. They were punctual and did a good job. I would not use this provider in the future. In the future, we had to get a new unit. It wasn't the tech's fault.

Everything went fine. Fred is a very nice man. He was punctual and professional in providing service. He even looked at our sump pump and made an adjustment, at no extra charge. Fred explained everything in understandable terms. We will definitely use his services again.

Fred arrived on time and filled me in on how to operate the unit, as well as answered all of my questions.

He responded quickly with his email to schedule the service. When the date of service arrived he showed on time checked everything out and was on his way within an hour.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was fine. He just checked out the system to make sure it was okay. He was outside and cleaned up after himself.

He is very down to earth, but very professional. He was on time and went straight to work.

Checked out my heating systems and cleaned the duck work from furnace to chimney. It went very well, took about a half hour.

Fred contacted me promptly but he is very busy and his schedule is too far out for me. Needed something quicker, he was understanding.

Fred and his helper did a great job! They stayed later into the evening hours after being here all day and completed the installation of the furnace in 1 day. Fred later came back to add a part required by my township on inspection at no charge. The furnace works great and uses much less oil than the old thing I had here. I intend to keep Fred as my furnace person. :D

Istallation of humidifier, Serviced the furnace and came up for an issue. Fred did an excellent job.

I chose Fred Cramer's service due to his favorable reviews and the excellent deal he was offering for a basic system check. He couldn't offer me an appointment for about a month, I guess due to the popularity of the deal he was offering. On the day of the appointment there was a mixup with the service location address (I had recently moved and had forgotten to update my address in the AngiesList database). Fred was very understanding and good-natured about it. The service went smoothly. Fred explained each step he was doing, which was great. He was efficient but thorough, and seemed to take adequate time with each thing he checked/cleaned. Overall a good experience, and no complaints. I would happily use his services again.

Efficient, courteous and got the job done in no time. Appreciated his honesty. He told me that I didn't need to get my gas furnace cleaned every year, but that every other year would do.

Professional - Fast Service - Well Priced Called Fred because I needed a humidifier installed ASAP. He promptly returned my call and we were able to schedule service for the next day. Showed up on time and was very polite and professional. Installed the humidifier in a couple hours and did a great job explaining how to use it. I will definitely use his services in the future and wont hesitate to refer him.

Fred inspected and cleaned a Rudd heating system that responds to humidity in the basement. Once we settled on a date convenient for both of us, he was very prompt in arriving and did a thorough job. I would use him again if he can work me into his schedule close to the area in which I live.

Cleaned the oil furnace and air conditioner. Well satisfied, he did a nice job.

Removed cover on inside unit of Heat-Pump, spritzed anti-bacterial solution on coil fins, checked operation of Thermostat to properly manage Heat cycle and Cooling cycle. Removed slight debris from outside unit. Added 1 pound of Puron. Didn't see any vacuuming - blowing - oiling... maybe didn't need it (unit is 9 years old, and may have sealed bearings on the fan motors). Fred is very pleasant and schedule conscious.

They were prompt and I would hire them again.

We got that service because the house is about 13 years old and had the orignal A/C so we just wanted to make sure everything was up and running just fine. I've used him for both heating cooling. He was very punctual.
