It was okay. He up-charged me for a shot of refrigerant that I didn't believe was necessary.

I'm very disappointed they never answered my calls.-

Overall the experience was good or adequate. I have to say I was a bit surprised by Fred's appearance. I'm used to HVAC professionals who have professional vans and uniforms. Fred showed up just a couple minutes late (no big deal), but arrived in an older family style mini-van with a magnetic sign and he was dressed in a dirty t-shirt and shorts. Fred was very nice. I have to admit that at the outset, (granted due to his appearance), he left me with a feeling that this might be a side gig for him, and that he hasn't been doing this for very long, or that he might not have the proper licenses and qualifications for the work. He had a small toolbox with a few tools, much less than other HVAC companies I've used in the past. That said, after checking the system for about 30 minutes he told me my system was in good shape and that was it. I appreciated that he didn't try to sell me anything or try to repair something that didn't need to be repaired.

Fred was excellent! Will definitely use again.

Overall it went very well. We called off the first appointment with just an hour or two's notice and Fred graciously rescheduled without any sort of penalty.

Fred was got back to me right away to set up an appointment. He worked with me to set up a time that was convenient for me. He checked out our furnace and tuned it. I have no complaints!

Fred was very sweet. He answered all my questions. I watched everything he did..I am always curious about everything. I wish i had his skills. He will be back soon to install a new unit.

This was our second time with Fred Cramer and it went very well.

Fred was prompt and professional.

It went well. The serviceman was running 30 minutes behind schedule, so he made a courtesy call telling me this. He cleaned the A/C. Using test equipment, he checked the freon level. It was low and he told me it would cost an additional $50.00 for him to add the necessary freon. He made sure he had my approval prior to adding the freon. From inside the house, he made sure the A/C was working properly prior to his departure. He was very polite and professional.

Everything was done according to the agreement in his ad. He was here on the appointed day about 15 minutes later than he said due to traffic conditions which can't be blamed on him. He did the job promptly, was very friendly and open to questions regarding the job and what we needed to do to keep the system running smoothly. From now on he will be our go-to person for this work.

Mr Cramer performed the servicing in a timely manner. A few days after he left the furnace shut off and would not stay on. He returned, "fixed" it by replacing a fairly expensive part and charged for the service. The system continued to not remain on so my brother called him and left a message. He did not ever get a return call. Then we had to call in another company who discovered the problem was not what we were told. That serviceman fixed it and of course, charged for the service. That service man also showed me the filter that was in the furnace.....it was filthy and appears to not have been replaced during the original servicing! We just were not happy with the aftermath of the servicing and having to bring in another service person. The advertised "special" price for the servicing was a great price, but the pricing for return work was not.

It went pretty smooth, no real issues and nothing negative. He was on time and no issues at all. I thought he was great and I would use him again.

Fred was awesome. A plumber had thought based on listening to our furnace fire up that it might need to be replaced imminently (and his company was happy to do it). Fred checked it out, found it had life. Now it is 18 years-old, so odds are it won't make more than a couple more winters, but it was good to get an honest appraisal.

I called to make an appointment. He came punctually on the agreed time and date. He provided the maintenance service, recording the service in the furnace log. I paid him and he left. Will call him again next year.

I believe that he tried to get the furnace to work to his ability but it worked till the end of the winter and then the next year it was back to the way it was.

It went very well. He was very nice. He did what he needed to do. He was prompt. He was also very good. And, on the phone when he contacted me, I like how he was describing himself and what he was gong to do. He was very efficient and so he cleaned up after himself. His price is very reasonable.

He came in, did the work and he was on time. He was a very nice and friendly guy.
