It went well but he wasn't able to solve my problem. It was an installation issue so I had to call the original installer. I gave him a B because he did accomplish the cleaning and tune up.

It was great. They checked my furnace to make sure everything was functioning right before winter. Prompt service. They were quick and polite.

It went ok, he came out twice to fix the problem, however it did not get fixed. He thought he had resolved the issue but I had to buy a new system.

Fred was thorough and found one of the units was low on fluids. He originally lost my email and we had some trouble coordinating dates that would work for both of us but he honored the coupon beyond the date and clearly was willing to do the work, just difficulty finding mutually effective dates. I will use him again if needed.

Fred did a great job. Very polite and well-mannered. Explained what he did and showed me how to change my furnace filter. Highly recommend!

Mr. Cramer was at our house in November for cleaning of our furnace and then came back in December for replacement of our humidifier on our furnace. He was prompt on both occasions and was professional. I would strongly recommend him to anyone. Mr. Cramer showed up exactly on time, and got right to work on the furnace. Everything went well and the furnace is working great!

The service was good. He did the work, and I didn't have any problems. The cost was good.

Furnace was not putting out sufficient heat. Fred diagnosed the problem within 3 minutes. The water line was clogged. He cleared the clog (no extra charge) and completed the tune up in just a few minutes. He's really excellent. I will be hiring him to do the maintenance work on both furnace and air conditioner each year. In his previous visit, he also fixed my non-functioning water heater at a very reasonable additional charge.

We did not have the service on the provider's advice as it was not cold enough to test it properly. We appreciated he put our needs above making money.

The humidifier that Fred brought was different than the one pictured on the offer. The one pictured was a more expensive model and the listing was in error. Despite that, Fred went out and brought back the more expensive model and installed it without additional cost. He was very professional despite my rudeness...

The service was quick but set my mind at ease and I learned a few things about my gas furnace and radiant floor heating. Nothing major needed to be repaired or replaced, but peace of mind is very important, especially before heading into what could be a long winter.

I annually have my heating unit tuned up by Fred Cramer and am please with his work.

This is the second time I called on him to service the heating systems in as many years, prior to the onset of winter. He is punctual, responsible, fair priced and very professional. I plan to call him again next year.

He was very pleasant, arrived on time and was very helpful. After the AC tune-up, with addition of freon, we scheduled an additonal job to install a new humidifier on the furnace. A very pleasant experience.

Replaced filter with one of my replacement filters; left dirty filter for me to dispose of. Time spent on tune-up was less than half an hour.

Fred showed up on time and was courteous. He got straight to work. I reminded him that I had bought one of his deals for $59 to service the A/C unit. I told him that I also wanted the furnace serviced for the season, but that I hadn't bought the online deal. He still provided me with the $59 deal on this separate service. It only took him about 45 minutes to service both units, which checked out fine. This is the second season that we've used Fred and will most likely use him in the future.

Fred was prompt, courteous, and friendly. He completed the task in a professional manner. I would call on him again.
