Description of Work: Had a couple of outlets not working. They came out and fixed both, very prompt. Had to play phone tag for a day due to my work schedule and they always returned my calls and hung in there with me. They were able to work me in within 3 days as it wasnt an emergency. Service man was very polite and professional. Will use them for some exterior lighting if and when i decide to have it done.

Description of Work: I had an odd problem. 3 rooms on 1 breaker - 2 were not working while 1 was. I tried replacing the breaker and a GFCI switch, but I still had the problem. I called Transformation. They were busy and let me know they couldn't get out to my house for a few days. The owners did keep in touch with me while they found a appointment time. When the electrician came out, he found the problem right away - it ended up being very minor. It was a loose wire in a wire nut. He bound the wires, installed a new nut and checked some other connections down the wire to make sure everything was operating correctly. | |I appreciate their service work and their level of communication regarding my appointment. I'll use them again for any electric issues.

Description of Work: They fixed a attic fan that was not working.

Description of Work: I had two wall plugs that were not working. Steve was wonderful. He not only repaired the wall plugs but he also checked other plugs for me as well. He assured me that the wiring was in good condition, as I was getting nervous about the condition of the plugs. When he told me the price was 75.00$ I was so relieved. I have had other electricians come to my home and replace a simple wall plug for a very large sum, which I am embarrassed to even say how much! I am very grateful to Transformation Electric for their integrity, efficiency and being a company I feel I can trust. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them highly to others.

Description of Work: Steve and Kristen were exceptional!!! I was in a real fix because we were having a significant weekend party at our home and the pool lights, pump, and GFI plugs all went out due to the recent rains and lightening storms. Steve met me at my place at 6:30 am, before the sun was up and did all the work before 7:30 am. Smart, professional, fairly priced. I'm now going to have him come out and do a bunch of other electrical projects Ive been waiting to have done until I could find a good electrician. Great company led by a husband and wife team who know the importance of customer service.
