Description of Work: They came to my workplace and did a great job of detailing my husband's car. They performed magic and made the interior look (and smell) like a new vehicle. A co-worker hired them to come back to do his car. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.

Description of Work: When the crew first arrived I was told that it would be an extra $40 for a minivan. I knew the original deal stated a minivan would have an extra charge but I thought the amount was a bit excessive. I feel an amount that much much should have been stated in the original offer. Had I known that amount beforehand I would not have taken the offer. The final straw was when at the end of their work I was told there would be an additional $30 fee because of the extra work to remove all the pet hair on the floor mats. I told the gentleman we do not have any pets, never had any during the life of this vehicle but he then said they were just so overly dirty that he could have charged me double that extra fee and was doing me a favor by only charging me $30 and not $60. I paid him reluctantly. |The next day when I went to start the car, all the interior lights were flashing and it would not start. I discovered they had left the interior light switch on and drained the battery without me realizing it. I had to charge the battery before I could usr my auto. Then in looking over the entire car that next morning, I saw that the cup holder attached to the middle seat had not been moved to the normal closed position after being cleaned; when I tried to close it, there was something wrong and it would not close for me (in the open position it interferes with someone trying to get into the rear seat) I had to take it to my local garage to get it back in place. The bottom line is I was not happy having to give a check for another $70 and then having the major inconvenience of not being able to start my car the next day. Luckily I discovered it early enough to recharge it as my wifewho had hip replacement surgery 2 weeks earlier needed to go to her Physical Therapy session. We are in our 80's and having this cleaning done at home seemed like a good deal fr theprojected cost - - - it did not work out that way!

Description of Work: After arriving right on time, they washed the car inside and out. Scrubbed carpets, both loose and fixed. Polished it right up. Windows left a little to be desired, but I haven't had perfectly cleaned windows by any vendor I have tried.

Description of Work: They cleaned my husband's Dodge Dakota. The deal was for $99 with an upcharge for a larger vehicle. The upcharge was $60, which I felt was high, but the truck looks great and they did what they said they would.

Description of Work: Detailed 2 cars. Best part of the service is that they come to you and do the work in the driveway. Take about two hours per car. Quality was ok, not particularly great. My primary object was to clean up brake dust from the car wheels; they didn't do a better job than I can do, and didn't seemed especially concerned about getting the wheels looking good. I admit to be burned baout these people -- on both occasions they hit me with an "upcharge" (their word). first time it was for excess dog hair -- $30. Next time I spent 5 minutes (I timed it) to avoid the "upcharge" for dog hair. No doggie "upcharge", but they it me with a SUV "upcharge" for a Hyundai Santa Fe. They claimed the "upcharges" were in the "fine print" in the Angie's Listing. It wasn't worth my while to check it out or argue about it; I just didn't give them a $30 tip for each car.

Description of Work: The provider came out to do the interior detailing and did an excellent job washing, vacuuming and polishing. The car came out shiny and fresh-smelling. However, after the fact, the folks doing the work announced an up-charge for pet hair - a considerable up-charge. It would have been a different thing if they had brought it up starting in on the work (it's listed on their website, but there is no way to know if they think the amount of pet hair in a car merits an up charge unless they say so), and if they had told me how much the up-charge was going to be (the amount is not listed on the website), but they announced it when it was too late to do anything about it. However, kudos to the owner who, after a long-ish conversation about what happened, refunded the up-charge. That is the sign of a professional organization.

Description of Work: They did a great job detailing my car. Every inch of the car was perfect. I immediately hired them to come back and detail my wife's car (as she was very jealous of how my car looked when they were done). Definitely worth the money, and I've already referred them to others.

Description of Work: Car Detailing. Only additional thing I wish they would have done is include trunk cleaning.

Description of Work: They washed and cleaned inside and outside of car. It looked like new. If you want the inside of the trunk and glove box cleaned you must tell them beforehand. I submitted this evaluation previously but received another email from Angie's List asking for another evaluation.

Description of Work: Biggest complain was it took them 3 weeks to do the job after payment, they were backed up that long. They did what they should, good job overall and a good value for the task performed.
