Description of Work: I have not been able to get an appointment to get the service completed. The provider has not been very good at giving me a projected service date and I had to call to get an update after almost a month of not hearing anything. | |I can't comment on the quality of the service, but hopefully it is worth the wait and I can complete this review at that time.

Description of Work: Mobile wash and lube provided an interior and exterior detail of my car. I had purchased an Angie's List deal, but had to wait about 2 months to get a time on a Saturday when my car would be at home. The crew arrived on time, and Gary was pleasant and professional. They insisted that they needed to charge me an extra $30 because the car was "excessively soiled." I thought it was pretty typical and certainly not especially dirty, but he was unwilling to budge. Overall they did a nice job on the car and worked h****** it. They didn't vacuum the trunk and didn't clean a couple of small stains off the ceiling, but otherwise, it looked very good.

Description of Work: They did an excellent job. The team arrived on time, very professional and did an excellent job. Washed outside of car, did tires, cleaned entire inside of car. Mats, carpets, trunk and places I didn't even know were dirty. |Would and will call them again! EXCELLANT JOB!!

Description of Work: The team of four arrived promptly, located my car and my house's water and electrical connections, and began washing and detailing the car. The team finished in about an hour.

Description of Work: They detailed the car inside and out but the seat was broken after they left and the carpets took 2 days to dry. | It has been almost a year since they came so I think it was 100 dollars but i am not certain. | When they left they did not tell me where they left the keys to my car and they left them on top of our snow blower in the garage and it took me a few hours to contact them - it was an odd place to leave them. |I don't remember now which month it was that I used them so the date may be several months off. |The people that were doing the work seemed like hard workers and were very polite.

Description of Work: They showed up on time and dealt with all three cars without a complaint :-) One of them was particularly dirty. Couldn't ask for a better detailing.

Description of Work: They did a very good job on a vehicle that had a previous owner that smoked and transported animals in the back. We had tried to clean the dash but couldn't get any results close to the results the professionals got. And although we had vacuumed the car, nothing can compare to the results these folks got. The results are amazing. The only issue was trying to schedule due to his location vs mine, and the weather.

Description of Work: I bought and paid for this "big deal" but have been unable to get an appointment with Mobile Wash and Lube. I am very disappointed and am concerned that I have paid $99 and will not get Anything for it.

Description of Work: cleaned both inside and outside of car. charged additional 30.00 for pet hair on rear floor mats. did a good job but used to much water on the interior that it shorted out my power door locks. had to order two power door lock switches from Kenny Ross Chevrolet dealership. for an additional cost over $80.00.
