Description of Work: Very average hand wash and interior cleaning. This was not to the level of what I consider a "detailing". Also a heads up, they completely soaked my floor mats, it took 24 hours for them to dry.

Description of Work: The crew showed up and did everything they said they would. I was very impressed with how thoroughly they cleaned everything.

Description of Work: Gary and his crew were on time and overall did an excellent job detailing our minivan. My little girls insisted that we watch while the team worked on the car, and I was impressed with how thorough they were! Two people tackled the interior while one guy washed the exterior. | |I was a little surprised to find a section of straw (I had transported a hay bale a few weeks before the cleaning) that was under one of the rear folding seats when I lowered it after they left. I believe it was just an honest oversight as they were moving pretty quickly. No big deal. There was also a bit of brake dust in some of the front wheel "nooks and crannies" but again not a big deal, it's almost impossible to get that all off anyways. | |Also paid a little extra due to a heavy stain in the back from pasta sauce spilling last year. They got it pretty good but definitely did not come all the way out. I figured they wouldn't be able to get it out at this point but when they took the extra money to get it out I was a little disappointed they didn't either get it out or return the extra $$. | |I would definitely use them again at the special pricing, even with the van surcharge. Regular pricing seems a bit steep but they run the special often it seems so I'll look forward to getting our other vehicle done the next time around.

Description of Work: I have no problems with the work they did. In the time it took to schedule them, the price went up. The owner would not return phone calls nor schedule an appointment. My guess is between the price increase and the distance he had to travel (about 30 miles one way), he wanted to duck out of the agreement.

Description of Work: When they came to my front door and heard my dogs, they asked if the dogs were ever in my car. I said yes, although VERY infrequently. Then I was told it would be an additional $30 (to the amount already paid).
